The apartment was beautifully decorated, smelled amazing, and instantly gave you the feeling of being in a high end hotel room but with apartment amenities. The linens and beds were extremely comfortable. The icing on the cake was having AC and being able to shut the street noise out.

We loved every bit of our stay in this apartment! The overall atmosphere, the terrace overlooking the rooftops and the church of the old town, the skylight letting so much light in, the cleanliness, the interior design. It was perfect in every way, and we will be back. We stayed here with our 11 year old son, and we had plenty of space.

Very nice apartment with perfect location for tourists.
Many stairs, so not that suitable for the oldest guests or small children.

The apartment was clean with good quality facilities. The air-conditioning and showers worked well, we felt safe and enjoyed our stay.
The steps, it really is a lot of steps to get into the apartment, additionally some of the stairs inside are a little dangerous for younger children.
The views were compromised by scaffolding but that is no fault of the owner. The final points are that the street noise can reach the apartment at times and there was no BBQ as shown on some of the pictures.

Amazing location in the old town. Loads of bars and restaurants nearby and only a short walk to the beach. The apartment is fantastic with lots of character and the roof terrace is an added bonus. Eventhough there are lots of bars nearby, we couldn’t hear any noise in the apartment. We went as 2 couples and there was plenty of space for us. There is also a little cubby in the lounge with a bed and curtains across which would be ideal for children if there was more of you.
There was nothing we didn’t like but just be aware that this is a 5th floor apartment with no lift so definitely not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

only the stairs but they are a necessary factor to be in the old town with a lovely roof terrace so was worth it

The apartment is outstanding, linen on beds very nice. We loved the terrace. Kitchen overflowing with all you need and much more.
Fifth floor without elevator is very difficult, also steps in the apartment. Would be smart to have 1-2 extra dustbin bags as you often forget about those things. The pillows in one of the bedrooms are not good, far too big.

Superb apartment: large and bright rooms with tasteful furnishings, good size terrace with stunning views of the Cathedral and city rooftops. Great location in the heart of the Old Town, yet very quiet by virtue of being on the top floor. Hosts are friendly, helpful and communicated well both before and during the stay.
Seven flights of stairs is quite a workout with suitcases, but worth it for the view (so evidently this is not suitable for mobility-impared visitors). No smoke alarm. It isn't cheap, but you do get an exceptional property and good service - but the service charge is a bit steep...

Extremely nice designed apartment with great terrace and VERY good equipped kitchen, accompanied with the market nearby, will make your gourmet holiday. Comfortable beds and 5 star linenes will be a plus. 95 steps to Heaven will help you to stay in form)))
I like everything, but do not recommend to families with small children or older travellers.
