Récemment rénové, la maison moderne de 2 étages offre une vue magnifique sur les océans et un jardin relaxant. Belle maison ouverte et lumineuse. The house was in a fantastic location perched high above the PCH in Malibu with spectacular views of the Pacific and the mountains. It was tastefully furnished and had an excellent fully-equipped kitchen. The landscaping around the property was beautifully done with many options for lounging and relaxing. There were great hikes nearby and just a short drive down to get to the fabulous Malibu restaurants. The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond. Extremely happy with this property and highly recommend it!

We had a very nice stay in the Malibu Zen House. The location is a little remote, but the views make it worth it! There is a projector (not a TV) in the main living area which might be challenging for those not tech savvy. Kitchen is updated and everything worked well!

Wendy was a super host from start to end, giving great pre-arrival information, and clear check-in and check-out instructions. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet with private gated access and beautiful ocean and mountain views. The home was exactly what we expected and needed. Well stocked, clean, and comfortable. All the space on this property has some type of use and well designed for relaxing in privacy. 5 Stars! Highly Recommended.

The place itself and location are stunning. Exactly how described in the listing. Also the equipment (projector, DVDs, fireplace) in the house is amazing. Also the communication with manager was top. Unfortunately the house wasn’t ready for check in at 4pm as listed as there was an issue that day with the cleaners. So we sat in one room altogether and had to wait until the cleaners finished. I communicated with property manager and she was extremely helpful and forthcoming so we sorted it out and I was really happy with the outcome. As the cleaners were late they also took some shortcuts and didn’t clean properly everywhere and we had to tell and show them before we left. Besides this the house is definitely a 5 star house and everything else was perfect and as mentioned the Propery Manager Wendy was very helpful to us settled and forthcoming. Thanks again.

We spent an excellent week at the villa. Our hosts Wendy and Manel were very helpful and kind. The house is well located in a quiet, secluded neighbourhood (the flip side being that it is not possible to walk to the beach, we need to drive). Views from the villa on the hills and Pacific are beautiful (fog permitting), although the view on Pacific is partially obstructed by the house just below. The villa is well equipped, especially its kitchen. A great vacation place overall.

Peaceful Retreat
Wendy and Manel are exceptional hosts. Their property is well maintained, pristinely clean and we felt very well cared for. The neighbors were wonderful too.
The location to the beach is just a short drive down a private road, but the house has an incredible view of the water in his quietly nestled in the hills of Malibu. The home has a beautiful terrace with very comfortable furniture, perfect for gathering together with friends and family.
It was so relaxing, we found ourselves never wanting to leave the house and rarely went out.
If you have the opportunity to stay in this home we highly recommend it. Don’t think twice about it.

Gorgeous view and home
Very well appointed property with beautiful views. Perfect. Owner was easy to reach and very helpful. Be aware that cell service is not existent in the hills so make sure you have all info you need prior to arrival or ask for the wifi in advance.

Our family stayed at this house for a week and we were so sad to leave. The house is lovely, simple, very clean but more than anything there is a great feel and energy to the house. The views are incredible, the hiking, walking, relaxing was fantastic. Can we talk about the birds? The sounds of the birds singing comes in every window and you feel like you are on an island by yourself. I cannot recommend this house enough! If you are lucky enough like we were, you can talk with the owners who are just a delight. So friendly, helpful, etc.....truly lovely people. You will love the house even more once you speak to them. WE HAD THE BEST TIME, and cannot wait to visit again. My son (16) said "Mom this was the best house we have ever rented!" and we have rented quite a few. Truly magical home! Has everything you need, beds very comfortable, kitchen has all the perks. We just loved it.

We needed some things replaced that had been damaged over time and with no questions asked Wendy and Manel took care of it right away.
The house and the setting are just perfect. The house is exactly as advertised however the views cannot be explained in words or pictures. The house is a perfect size for a family or group of friends. All the finishings are new and modern. There are books, games great internet and TVs, even a movie screen. The BBQ areas is great. The multiple outdoor areas are perfect for hangin in the sun and reading a book. I'm pretty picky about accommodations and I really can't find anything to complain about here. It was actually hard for us to leave the house for most of the time, we loved it so much. When we did go out the house is in a perfect location. Up in the hills and away from it all yet a short ride down the hill to all the action you need- great places to eat. Drink, shop or beach.

A Tranquil Oasis!
What a wonderful week away. A serene retreat with beautiful ocean views over the Malibu coastline. The place was new-immaculately decorated with bamboo floors and Balinese inspired bathrooms. Located in a quiet, elevated street yet minutes away from beach and shops/restaurants it offered a much needed peaceful week away.
It was also perfect for our family as well as the spacious surrounds, the kids had access to toys for play and beachside fun. We cannot wait to return!

A Piece of Heaven
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay ...the view from the house is just breathtaking, overseeing the ocean + mountains and the sunsets are so special.
The house offered a lot of space and comfort. We particularly enjoyed hikes and being able to get to the beach/ Malibu pier within 15min.
This was an amazing experience that I highly recommend!
My friends and I hope to book this place again soon.
