Condo is clean and well maintained.everything needed was provided. The only down side was the swimming pools were a bit dirty and very warm . But we had an amazing and relaxing time. We will be back again soon

We stayed here while attending Coachella and it was perfect. Great location (down the street from shuttle stop), nice big rooms, clean, good communication with host and property manager. We were very happy with our experience, would stay here again.

This was a nice unit on the first floor with no unit above us and the location is excellent. We have had positive experiences previously with VRBO. We wanted to ask about access to the unit and another question just before we arrived but the host ignored two emails and two messages on her phone. We had to phone VRBO to intervene on our behalf and only then did she write to us.
Then when we arrived there were some things in disrepair such as a drawer in the bathroom that wouldn't close, a faucet in the kitchen that was cracked and a slat in the shutters that was falling off. It appeared as though the unit wasn't inspected before we arrived. They were repaired after we reported it.
We found cockroaches in the kitchen and living room. This was very disturbing for us and we asked the property manager to move us and she obliged very quickly afterwards.

We decided to stay here for Stagecoach and booked the VRBO a year in advance. A few days leading up to our check in, I tried messaging the owner through the app with some questions and had no response, tried again a few more times in the span of 3 days, up until my group and I were heading to the property. I ended up reaching out to customer support and getting the number of the owner listed. She was very responsive via text. She didn’t really answer my questions I sent her though, she told me all the information was in the check in email I recieved, which I had not recieved, and was not aware of. It took a couple hours to finally get the email, and in that time I also tried calling the property manager where I tried 6 different numbers, and was transferred numerous times. The code given for the gate didn’t work and we had to try calling more people again, to get in. The house at first looked very clean, but none of the fitted sheets actually fit the mattresses, there wasn’t enough extra blankets for the pull out couches. A cleaning lady came into the property without knocking and was suprised when “we weren’t checked out yet” even though it was our first day there, and we stayed from Thursday- Monday. There wasn’t enough toilet paper for 6 people (which is fine, we survived but it was a little inconvenient especially because there’s an $85 charge if you need any help after office hours on weekdays and 24hrs on weekends). The wifi didn’t work and on the rare occurrence it did work, it would go in and out every few minutes.
We stayed 4 nights, and while getting everything ready for check out, i noticed the insane stains on the pillows (under the cases), the stains on the mattress cover, and I found a pair of someone else’s underwear in our bed.
Would I stay here again? Absolutely not, it was extremely stressful when we just wanted a fun weekend away.

The place is very nicely decorated, and loved the high ceiling. Grocery store down the street which is great. I personal LOVE the desert.
The only bummer which was because of COVID there was only one pool open and it was a 120 the weekend I was there and there was a family that pretty much took over the pool. so no pool for us!!

Very nice and clean condo, has everything you need, I wish we would of stayed longer. Very quiet which is very nice.
The place is very nicely decorated, and loved the high ceiling. Grocery store down the street which is great. I personal LOVE the desert.

This is a very nice home to stay at, perfect layout for two couples, comfortable beds and large bathrooms. The complex is beautiful, lots of pool choices and tennis. Good mix of owners and rentals. Tons of restaurants close by and shopping. Will be back. Only feedback would be the kitchen is very lightly stocked and could have a few more glasses and basics. Excellent choice for a golf getaway, all courses were super close.

Great girls getaway
We love this property. Condo is clean, lots of room to roam and enjoy during your stay. Smaller Pool was open and clean and refreshing. Everything you need on a vacation which makes it feel like you are at home. Kitchen stocked with necessities which is a huge help. I have stayed here a few times and will definitely be back again.

We had a great time at this VBRO! The owners were so sweet and helpful! The place itself was nice as well as the community. We were able to use the pools which was a huge plus! I would recommend staying here to anyone.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at this lovely condo. Comfortable, clean, spacious and in a great location. Enjoyed the nearby pool. Hosts were accommodating and answered all questions in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family time vacation
The condo is centrally located. The condo is clean, great lay out with everything needed. Each room has a restroom attached and spacious. Nicely decorated. Cover parking is a huge plus in 100+ degree weather. We look forward to coming clbsck soon. Only problem was pools near condo were shut down but we used the other pools in area.

Perfect condo for two small families (4 adults and 2 children). Clean and nicely laid out. Close proximity to two pools. Small communication issue when checking in, but worked out quickly and the rest of our stay was a breeze. I appreciated that this condo didn’t have any up/downstairs neighbors, felt more private. Would definitely stay again!

This condo had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun time! Sooooo easy to check in, comfortable beds, kitchen had everything we could possibly need! A total delight for a short visit! Thanks for making our short stay in Palm Desert so perfect. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores close by.

Nice condo in good area
Very clean unit in a nice complex with a wonderful pool and tennis courts. Close to shopping and restaurants and about 30 minutes to Palm Springs downtown. Loved having beach towels in the unit and felt very safe during our stay.
