Great location, space, and anything you need. Perfect home that fit a large family and set up extremely well.

It was as-advertised. It was nice, clean and nothing fancy, exactly what I wanted for a group like this. The spaces served us well and I didn't need to have much interaction with the owners/management.

My family stayed there for a week because we had a wedding close by. The house was spacious for a large family or group of friends. It is not a modern house with all the amenities and is not the most clean. Carpet needed shampooing and the refrigerator was not clean, and furniture was old. It worked well for our family because they didn't stay at the house during the day and just slept there. You can't barbecue or entertain at the house. The neighborhood was also a bit sketchy. If I rent VRBO again I will pay a bit more and rent a more modern home in Newcastle.

Part of my family stayed here last week! Overall it was a good experience, we had enough beds for 10 to 12 of us, beds were comfortable. The house just needs some general maintenance and carpet cleaning ! Otherwise, it was a great choice

First time a bathtub was out of order., no jets just a tub that was out of order. Carpets were gross! Chairs were torn up with slip covers. Every chair in the house was uncomfortable!. Furniture in pictures look great, it wasn’t there. Smoke alarms were removed. There’s more. and pictures to support every comment.

Try is property was a nice property that met our needs. We needed a place to stay that would allow us to explore the Seattle area for a few days. This place was perfect. Not too far from any destination and the neighbourhood was quiet. The house layout was very nice and accommodated our group of 12 perfectly. Enough bathrooms to ensure nobody was waiting. Some wear and tear, but not out of the ordinary with a rental home. I would rent this property again.

We were on a cruise and wanted to spend time in Seattle. Only negative was WiFi turns off at night

Lots of gathering space in addition to all the bedrooms, and we loved the location. Minor issues were the lock instructions were confusing, the garage wasn't available to use, and it could just generally use a little maintenance.

Nice house but some maintenance has been put off. Makes me sad to see that they are letting the maintenance build up before addressing the problems. Sinks aren’t draining and the towel bars are off walls in bathrooms. Too expensive for ut not to be updated.

We came to Washington for a wedding and this property was centrally located for all we were doing. There was some good hiking near by as well. The property met our needs. Plenty of beds (and comfy too), kitchen was well stocked with extras like spices/condiments, plate, utensils,etc. There were a couple of things like the hair dryer/tv not working properly but I communicated to the owner (who was not aware of the problem) and the owner promptly responded. It would not affect my decision to rent from them again. Overall, good stay.

Double beds in three rooms, big media room, clean and close to Sea-Tac and soccer complexes make this a perfect rental. Owner was great to work with! Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Will definitely be back!

First of all we had a great time in this home, it was spacious, it has more than enough bedrooms and beds for our big group. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, it is well equipped with all the basics and some more. They provide toiletters, and laundry detergets, which is a really nice convinience. The house was generally clean (just don't open the blinds, or don't look at the top of the fridge ). The linien closet was a little bit confusing, we needed some extra sheets, that we eventually find, but it could use some organization. Most of the towel holders were broken, so it was a challenege to hang our wet towels. And the lock is not a smart lock as it was stated, maybe they are in the process of changing it. But it didn't bothered us. As I mentioned, overall we had a great time in this rental home.

The house was in good shape. It could use more glasses for mealtime.

I got to have my closest friends come with me and hang out now that we are vaccinated! This house was perfect for that! Beautiful house and very spacious!

Pros: This is a nice house overall. The important surfaces (toilets, sinks, countertops, showers, pillows, blankets, tile floors) were all very clean. The beds were super comfortable. (I would say the best first night of sleep in a rental ever for me!) There was plenty of space for the kids to spread out. The neighborhood was very nice and very quiet. The host communicated well and even delivered a box of extra supplies the day after our arrival. Check-in was easy. (It is a 4:00 check-in and not 3:00). Cons: The whirlpool tub still had an out-of-order sign on it. The 2-car garage was not accessible to use. The carpeting and upholstered furniture was stained. The couch in the main living room was so worn you could feel the springs when you sat on it. There was quite a bit of general upkeep/maintenance that needed to be done. The front door handle was so loose when we arrived, my fiance immediately went searching for a screwdriver and tightened it up. Part of the blinds were missing from the kitchen's sliding glass door. (We had to drape a blanket over it to block the sunlight.) The curtain rod upstairs was falling out of the wall. The contents of the kitchen cabinets needed a total overhaul. There were opened packages of random stale foods. The cookware was in bad shape and the outsides of pots were very dirty. The drawers and cabinets had very little organization. We searched everywhere for a can opener but never found one. Bottom Line: This is a nice house with all the amenities needed for your stay. With some TLC and attention, it could be excellent.
