The location and how the rooms are made
The fact that valets closes at different times and the pools close at 5 pm

Staff was attentive and the location was ideal.
Prices are very high, Facilities where closed without explanation. Room itself had weird stains on the ceiling and curtains. Plus the leather from the bed headboards were ripped off.

A great apartment suite situated a short walk from the strip. No gambling machines or grubby areas which made it restful from the chaos of Las Vegas. Apartment was very big and comfortable, great for a few days stay. A short airconditioned walk to MGM so easy to get food and whatever else you are after.
The small convenience shops that operate in the area are way overpriced, but that's Vegas generally so not the hotels fault.

There were so many things wrong with our stay. First, we were not given what we were promised. We were told we would have a view of the strip and we had a view of the parking lot. Second, the toilets kept clogging, the sink was also clogged. Third, the TV did not work. Fourth, there were issues with cleanliness and the carpets were stained and there was mold growing in the cocking of the bathtub. There was chipping paint and wallpaper. This property did not live up to the standards that we agreed to.

Room was very nice in size, location was convenient to walk to multiple interest points on the strip. Nice and quiet location but still in the heart of action of the strip.
The carpet and furniture is very dated. Place setting for 4 people is to minimal. Place setting for 8 persons is more realistic.

Did not had a chance to try and eat breakfast at the property.
I stayed with family at tower 3. Our stay was great however the casino was a little far. The front desk was not 24 hours as well as valet parking at tower 3 closed at 10pm. Need to still go to tower 2 to valet park the car when coming home after 10 Front desk rep that checked us in did not do well. Did not explained well to me what are the hotel has to offer and what are the amenities that comes with what you pay. The Front desks representative during checked in did not do a good job.

The view was spectacular but to the airport ...
The kitchen supply were too poor... no knives to cut bread for example.. mini cups for coffee... only 2 envelopes of coffee for 4 people for 4 days...
No cleaning products to clean the glass table... and the kitchen...
If you want more towells, you have to.pay $15
They charged us $300 deposit, they return it between the next 14 days! They told us the return would be automatically... so... we are still waiting!

the view was beautiful and parking was excellent
that they charge u xtra for towels and amenities and a cleaning fee if need daily cleaning I feel like u should leave at lease a vacuum or broom xtra linen to change to your own bed etc

it was clean & the room was big & comfortable we had a 1 bedroom suite pen house the bedroom was separate from living room that was perfect my daughters were able to have the sofa bed & their own restroom
I didn’t like the front desk wouldn’t assist with our needs like towels ‘ & bathroom tissue we had to call a separate number for our housekeeping needs though their were very nice and assisted with our needs

I really liked the location of the hotel. In my opinion it's closed to everything. Is connected to the MGM Grand Casino. Lots of restaurants and stores available around. Access to the Monorail as well. The room was nice and clean when we arrived. Very comfortable and big, with kitchenette available. I would definitely book again with them.
Maybe include housekeeping services in your prices for longer stays. Or every other day cleaning included with the stay.

I liked the location and connection to the MGM
I didn’t like the valet service, no one should have to wait 30+ minutes to drop off or pick up their car. Also if there is valet service why would it close before 4pm and then a worker tell you they cannot accommodate you your have to park in the self parking lot of the MGM without any further directions on where to go or how to get to that lot. the room had some wear and tear as well. to know that there are no house cleaning services or someone to take the trash unless you pay $60+ each time is disappointing as well. At the very least there should be trash services.
