The location of the flat was perfect - quite, (overlooking a park), close to a main tram/bus route and walking distance from the Acropolis. The next-door restaurant was open all hours and had very friendly staff. The welcome bottle of wine at the flat was a nice touch.
An electric kettle would have been nice (we are big tea drinkers).

Very good restaurant next door. Apartment well equipped.
Owner very accommodating and responsive when able to contact.
Poor instructions for finding the keys. It took us too long to work out how to get into the property.
Not so easy to contact the owner. Doesn't always answer the phone and speaks practically no english. Communication is by SMS for which she uses a translation tool.
The property is very dated. 1980s decor throughout.

A good place as a base for seeing Athens - there is good space, a long balcony, everything is working and the owner clearly does her best for making it a great stay. My family really liked the place.
There is nothing I seriously didn't like but don't rate 10 (exceptional) if I don't find it exceptional (sort of mind-blowing) - I think the rating 9 (superb) is the right one.

The apartment was large enough for us all., not to far by uber to city centre.
Lots of shops nearby.

Last minute booking and good location in Athens. The place is big and clean. It is clearly well cared for by the owner. There are also beautiful paintings created by the owner both for decoration and available for sale.
The apartment is quite dark.

Hostess Mary was fabulous! She went above and beyond to accommodate our situation. She communicated quickly from beginning to end of stay and was extremely helpful. Plenty of room in the apartment for the four of us. Taxi to city center less than 15 minutes. Pleased with our stay.

Thank you for my stay in your apartment. Well presented, clean, and a lot of attention had been paid to make your guests feel welcome. Definitely somewhere I will recommend to fellow travelers.

The location was good. Not too far from the center but within walking distance to a main high street with lots of shops and places to eat.
The apartment was very clean, and had TVs in all the rooms.
The decor is a little dated.
