Great location. Staff were helpful. Very clean and quiet.

It was clean and the housekeeper made sure we had everything we wanted.
We had a lot of privacy.
The room is not like the pictures at all. It is very old and run-down (though clean). There are some stains on the walls/ceilings/floor. The appliances are VERY well used. Not an issue if the pictures had reflected it accurately, but the way this place is promited it just wasnt accurate.
Was not informed that I could only pay cash upon arrival so they kept my passport for the 1st day, which I didnt like at all.

-for check-in, no one was there when I arrived
-uncoordinated, unreliable communication
-staged pictures do not correspond to reality, place has not been maintained
-stained sofa, grey curtains, unpleasant balcony
-agressive knocking on door by staff during the night not respecting « do not disturb » sign, felt very scary and unsafe
-pool in the entrance did not feel inviting
-no drinking water
-cockroaches and ants
-hallway with loads of random stuff, not organized, not welcoming

All the electric appliances is so useful and comes in handy.. u can even cook on your own.. almost all the utensils you need is there.. feels like home🤗
I really hope they have an elevator as it can be quite tiring if u ended up having the last floor room🥵

The reason gave it a high mark is because when the owner found out how old we are and that we would need to walk up the stairs to the 4th floor they moved us to another hotel they owned that had an elevator and gave us an apartment in it for the same price.

The room was wonderful. It was really clean and modern. It even has a small kitchen which I didn't use but could certainly be useful. The location is awesome, closed to My Khe beach, where one could go to ride the wave, and the Bac My An market, where one could go to get cheap but fresh food. A lot of restaurants and eating establishments around as well.
The check in process. I sent them a message stating my estimate arrival time, which was correct in the end. When I got there, I found out they didn't actually have a front desk. One would have to call them to be let in, which was pretty bothersome for someone without a calling number such as myself.
Luckily an older gentleman, probably the father or uncle of the place came right then and rescue me. The gentleman was awesome and deserved a rating of 10, but hasn't he been there, things could have gone really badly for me.

We liked the location, cleanliness of the bathroom & sheets. Very attentive to our calls.
We arrived to find the pictures were misleading in room layout & size and the pool was right on the bottom floor with a security guard sitting at it in the evening making it uncomfortable to use the pool.
There was an ant coloney in the so called kitchen. Lacking in facility to cook.
Finally they demanded payment on arrival without card facilities or notifying us before.
We were also off put by the camera in the balcony making sitting out uncomfortable. We put out our clothes to dry and the sprinkler sprayed straight onto everything over night.

Location was in a residential area, about 800m from beach. There's amenities and food everywhere.
Try Drop Coffee cafe a few doors away ... excellent gourmet coffee fix.
The bed was a bit hard.

Room is big and clean. I feel comfortable. Moreover, the property excepted for pet, so it is an advantage.

Housekeeping lady was really nice and helpful.
It would be better if there is any elevator or some equipment to help bringing the suitcase upstairs. Such as me carry a very big suitcase and bring it to the 4th floor was exhausted.

Attentive staff and location make this great property. The room was as advertised , and clean The woman who managed the property helped us plan our trip and how to get around. We would definitely stay again.

Modern and comfy apt. Kitchenette and counter top were a tiny bit dirty but it didn’t not affect much. We love the balcony with natural light and total black out curtains! Overall, great stay!
