Excellent location. Very comfortable and had everything you could of wanted/needed. Looking forward to booking again in the future.

A wonderful location that was easy to find, it was a great space for my friend and I to enjoy our short break away. We had everything we needed to cook for ourselves, and the beds were very comfy so we slept well. All round a lovely place!

Excellent facilities and comfy lodgings, shops, restaurants and walking trails are in close proximity.

We loved the location so close to the village , & it was lovely to have the garden to sit in

It was basic but perfectly formed! It had everything we needed for our stay. There was even tea bags, coffee and a big packet of cookies provided! Yum! The location is absolutely perfect, 5mins walk from the station, there’s a Tesco within 5 minutes walk and numerous pubs for a spot of lunch. We also cycled from Brockenhurst to Milford on Sea which gave us the next of both worlds; forests and the coast in one trip!!

These are minor things and would not stop me rebooking. Perhaps the shower could me attached to the wall at a better height. Also, the WiFi just does not work upstairs which meant we couldn’t watch a film in bed. The sofas in the living room could be changed as not very comfortable for two people.

We loved the location of the property. It is small but perfectly formed and exceptionally clean!

My only criticism (which is fairly minor) is the lack of a window blind in the bedroom. The weather was so wonderful that the early morning sun woke me up too early!!

Location was good, very close to amenities. The owners had thoughfully provided a bottle of milk and teabags and coffee, and the whole place was very clean.

Bedding, towels and pillows low quality. No proper shower in bathroom. The name conjures up a cute cottage whereas in reality it is a rather gloomy house divided to create the annexe. The road is a main thoroughfare for the college and traffic noise begins quite early. The entrance is very dark at night, more lighting on the gate and passage needed.
