no one was there at our arrival. we had to wait, someone came up and wasnt aware about our reservation. the hostel hasnt been cleaned in ages, its very dirty and theres sand everywhere. the owners are too worried building a new hostel right next to it and they just ignore this one. we had to do our own check out because no one was there. the rooms are big but the windows cant be closed properly and there were many mosquitos. the only good thing was the price and the distance from the pear (literally 1 minute walking)

super cheap and super nice private room with just what you need for that price, a bed, a fan, a window, there is a nice terrace and the owner is really kind.

The owner can manage a room for me even if he did not not prepare for my appearance. The owner said I can check out any time I wanted on check-out date

- No owner or any staff working hourly in the property during my arriving, staying and leaving - Had to call the owner when I checked-in and the owner seemed did not know my booking - Had to tell staff (from nearby hostel where the owner claimed he owns that hostel also) to check-in my room and to take a fan to my room (it was not existed while I checked-in) - The fan was like it was never cleaned before - There was no wifi in my room like it said on website - No curtain at windows in my room like other rooms - Electricity was run by generator and it was shut 2 times and I had to call the owner to start it up!!! (At first I thought it was shut because no oil supply and staff will add it automatically-no need to call) - The owner still did not know how long of my stay and how much of my payment (why did not he check on his booking website) - Have to call by phone to the owner for check out and ask how to pay (He seems does not want to earn income) - All in all, no professional organisation

Right next to the Koh Phayam Pier. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants around. Many motor bike rentals, money changers and an ATM. Highly recommended. Best price I've paid for a single room with bathroom in Thailand for 20 years.

All was good. Nothing to complain about.

The price and the bed was not bad.

There are no lockers to keep the valuable things in a safe place and I think it is a must for dorms. Rooms are warm but each bed has its own fan on the top.
