At first, I asked for an hour early check-in, but he refused on the pretext that the previous customer asked for a late check-out, I understood the situation but when I was 40 minutes late for check-out, he entered the apartment without permission!!!, I was not in the apartment, he did not respect our privacy!!! we were late because my son was late in the bathroom After that he threatened to throw the bags out of the apartment if I didn't get out within an hour!!

The apartment suited myself and two teenagers perfectly. It's located just 10 mins from Lordy Square and just around the corner from the supermarket. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and there's great heat in the bathroom to dry of any wet snow gear. Plenty of space for some individual downtime and the WiFi has great coverage ( very important for the teens! ).Quiet building, Heated electrical spot for a car if you have one. Satu was a fantastic host, communicating quickly to any questions I had prior to arriving and the best bit , fresh crossaints and chocolates left for our arrival. We were also able to Check in earlier than planned as she had the place ready.. There's was photographs and instructions for using the key which really helped. Highly recommend this apartment for a family up to 4 persons. Thanking you for making our stay so pleasant Satu.

The apartment is large, well stocked, peaceful.

Everything was great, no complains.

good space for a family of four. clean property with all the facilities. the host was very helpful and was informing us regularly. wifi was also really fast.

Very cute and comfortable place on a short walking distance from the city centre. Very warm owners. I really enjoyed my stay.

everything was really fine, and they even provided us some food for our first night of stay when we arrived late in the evening..

Super comfortable apartment, everything you need to relax for a few days to a few weeks. in a quiet area, not far from the town centre. comfortable bed and living space.

The shower was a little qwerky, but did the job.

the house is welcoming and warm, it has a beautiful glass window overlooking a comfortable terrace. the location is excellent, close to many supermarkets and the train and bus station. in the house we found the necessary for breakfast and both beds were equipped with a bed warmer. the owners were extremely nice and helpful. highly recommended

the bathroom was equipped with everything necessary and clean but the shower is a little uncomfortable

The location is very central. There are huge stocks of amenities. And Communication is very good.
