There is currently a house under construction next to the property, therefore a little bit noisy during the day, but quiet in the evening and night.

The exceptionally kind owner showed great understanding when he found out that due to the fungus on the wall and the unbearable smell of mold, we had to leave the rented apartment immediately. He deviated from the standard of renting this apartment - he agreed to arrange an extra bed for us. He saved us from the dire situation of staying in a moldy place as it was late evening and there was little chance of finding a new place. Thank you for this place, which compared to the previous one was a paradise for us. Beautiful, clean, comfortable apartment, with a small terrace.

Location is quiet but/and central positioned. Near to the boats, restaurants, small supermarkt where you also park your car. Communication with owner takes place via booking chat. Response is quick and effective..

Everything was wonderful, first of all Mauro was very attentive to us, he offered us a free upgrade to an apartment instead of the room we booked, and this gave us the possibility to cook something. We stayed a few days at Mr. Mauro and I had a great time, not only for the beautiful structure that hosted us, but also for the convenience of the location, close to the most beautiful sites in northern Sardinia. Mauro the owner proved to be very kind and very helpful ... now we just have to go back in winter.
