The room we stayed in was beautiful and very roomy! It had two bathrooms. We were so comfortable! We could not have asked for a better view!
Our only issue was that we were on the second floor and there is no elevator. We had to walk the luggage up 55 steps, which is a lot for older people!

Modern, Clean, Conveniently in the center of town with a magnificent view
Difficult climb up internal steps (3 flights) , but thank goodness for host and her husband that helped us with luggage, in and out. Extremely accomadating

Had the best time in Bellagio. Palazzo Barindelli had the best views of the lake and in the centre. Just perfect for our holiday.
The stairs were a little bit of a hike with huge suitcases. But that’s our issue!!

Very large apartment with full kitchen, two bathrooms, two balconies, amazing view right on waterfront in Bellagio center. Couldn't get a more central location.

The location goes without saying. Overlooking Bellagio foreshore to the mountains of Italy and Switzerland. Perfect….
Stairs were a challenge, but it is quite clear in the ads. Great ex exercise for the fit people. Not for anyone with mobility issues.

The apartment is beautiful and the location overlooking the lake is fabulous. The host was lovely and really welcoming.
There are a lot of steps to the top floor which were not a problem for us but without a lift this could be difficult for some.
We hired a car abc drove from Milan. Parking was extremely difficult and this is low season so anyone thinking about driving should rethink.

The apartment was clean, well appointed and Dani was very helpful. The view of the lake was exceptional, and everything in Bellagio was a short walk away.
As we were travelling in the off season, there was some construction work on the road outside, but the double-glazed windows kept all of this noise out so we could still sleep in!

Stunning views from the balcony. An ideal spot to people watch and enjoy an aperitif before sampling some of the excellent food available in the many local restaurants.
Very spacious and immaculately clean apartment. Very stylish. We enjoyed having space and two bathrooms.
Very peaceful in spite of the central position. Helpful suggestions about where to go from the host. We would definitely return as it really is a unique place.
We hadn’t quite appreciated that access by car involves driving through the restricted historic area. The streets are very narrow and the car has to be registered with the local police as belonging to people who are actually staying in the centre. Our host took care of that which was good.
We were lucky and were able to find parking within view of the apartment at 18 euros a day. Not a problem in itself, but worth knowing.
The apartment steps being 3 floors up could be a problem for some, especially if travelling with a lot of luggage. We were fine with that though.

We stayed in this wonderful apartment for three nights. The rooms were excellent with the most splendid view to lake Como. The host was extremely friendly (met with us for the key handover as well as explained the local area and introduced the maps). It was my third stay in Bellagio, and by a mile the best accommodation I had stayed in.

* best view, overlooking the lake
* very good position - central, right near the boat station
* quiet, even though it was so central
* had 2 toilets, which is very handy
* the landlord was very friendly and helpful
