The whole organisation was superb and the staff made us feel really welcome and important; we couldn’t have been treated better.

The staff were excellent -- friendly and welcoming. The room was magnificent -- it had an open-air bath outside the room, with a balcony that extended out toward a seating area overlooking the harbor. The food was Japanese haute cuisine -- beatifully presented -- and the bedding was extremely comfortable. All in all, a great place to stay (though rather expensive!).

The hotel is very nice and comfortable, beautiful rooms and a bathroom with a view. The hotel is very close to the red bridge leading to Fukuurajima and all the other attractions.
