The best thing about this villa is by far the location . The view is amazing and it’s a very quiet area
Only downside is the villa is in much need of updating. Everything is very tired and old .

It felt like being at home. The views from our terrace were panoramic and the sunsets amazing.
Our grandchildren loved the pool and we all felt the benefit of having a shower room and toilet per bedroom.
Good to be able to escape the heat into the air conditioning inside.
Air con in one of the bedrooms was a bit noisy for sleeping at night.

Great villa. Amazing view, especially when sun is going down. This is a free bedroom villa, every room got a toilet with the shower, no bath. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher. washing machine. Good, depth enough pool 🏊♀️, plus pool table. 25 minutes till Mahon and airport, 35 minutes till Ciutadella. Not far away from the beach. Better if you rent a car 🚗
A lot of sand around the pool on the fleece, need to be better cleaned.
The kitchen lamp need to be replaced.
