Todo estuvo exactamente como el anuncio. Super céntrico y todo caminando a pocos minutos. El Sr. Antonio es excelente persona y contesta cualquier cosa muy rápido. No nos hizo falta nada y estuvimos muy cómodos.

This was our second visit to Casa Momtejo and replaced a trip planned two years ago that was cancelled at the last minute. For us this place is just about perfect, it has two bedrooms and three bathrooms, which for the two of us means we can use a spare room for a guest or for baggage and dive gear storage.. My wife likes to cook and there is a full sized cooker, fridge/freezer, bbq etc. The muni market is close, as are the two supermarkets. Our favourite dive shop is two blocks away as well which is handy. During Covid, maintenance has slipped a little but nothing that cannot be fixed. Cannot wait until next year.

Prefect place for a couple of friends meeting up for a week of diving! The house was great, and had more than we needed but would be perfect for a pair of couples. Love the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The bathroom off the living area topped it off. Washer and dryer was an unexpected bonus. Antonio was a super property manager. Loved the fact the property was a block and a half to our favorite dive shop, Tres Pelicanos! So, so convenient. We will be back at least annually.

This location was perfect for all our needs. As scuba divers, it was a short morning walk to the pier to catch the boat. I’m the evening, it was near all our favorite restaurants and now new favorite restaurants. The property manager was attentive to all our needs which were minimal because the accommodations were nice. Definitely on the repeat list.

Exellent location to the ocean and the square and your own beer store across the street, lots of great restaurants just a short walk from the house. Every where we walked people were friendly .very comfortable accommodations large screen tv sorry no cable but there is an andriod box to access you tube or your Netflix account. The beds were very comfortable for us as we come to cozemel every year and rent we like to try different places for the price this is a great choice. What i like best its quiet very quiet. This place will stay on our list. Property manager Antonio was very kind and accommodating just a text away. Not much on the downside maby it could use two loungers as apposed to one but then again we didn't ask if there was an extra one. Now that we have reserved for next year, I can write a review. This year was the fifth year in a row that we have booked a house/apartment on Cozumel for a month early in the year. We have had good and bad but this year's digs were by far the best. The house's position is handy for us, two blocks to our favourite dive shop (Deep Blue) and not too far from the supermarkets and the Municipal Market. It is two blocks back from the sea and so relatively quiet while being an easy walk to several restaurants. There is a large sitting room / kitchen with a TV and plenty of sitting space. We used our own Netflix account to entertain ourselves in the evening as there is no cable service. In addition there are two bedrooms with en suite shower room and A/C plus a third bathroom of the sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with a six ring stove top and large oven. As we like to cook, we contributed a few additions to the kitchen but hope to benefit from these when we return next year. There is a new patio set outside but insect bites can be a problem on the lawn. A washer dryer is available so we did not need to bring too many clothes. Antonio, the building manager responded very quickly to any questions and checked regularly on our wellbeing. One word of warning, electricity is charged extra and as the water heater is electric, too much use of the A/C and hot showers could run up a sgnificant bill. The only bad thing is that we have to wait a year before going back

Issues were addressed promptly by Antonio. Property was well managed and in great location. The price was right and Alejandra did a great job cleaning our mess.

We really enjoyed our stay on Cozumel due to this perfect house and Antonio who helped us with everything, wether we needed advice where to eat for Christmas or what to do on Cozumel. Antonio always had an answer to our questions.(He even replied in minutes when we asked him something via WhatsApp) We could not have been happier with our manager than we were with Antonio. The house itself is beautiful. The open and very large and well equipped kitchen enabled us to cook every meal we could image and even make fresh smoothies. Furthermore the bedrooms were flowed with sunlight due to the large windows. Additionally each bedroom has its own bathroom which was very comfortable and provided a nice amount of privacy. Not to forget the house has the perfect location as it is close to the shops and restaurants in the centre but also close to the supermarket as well as to various car rental stations. From our experience we can totally recommend booking this house as we were amazed by the hospitality of Antonio and the house is itsself and its’ location. If we will visit Cozumel again we will definitely book the house again.
