Our room was clean and beautiful. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delish

It was peaceful and clean
I liked the property however my bed was very itchy.Kept me up because it felt like something bitting and crawling on me.

The room was very clean and spacious and I liked the walk in shower
We had asked for a wakeup call on Saturday morning to go to a graduation, but never received it. And the elevator broke down for the last 2 days we were there. I have back issues and climbing to the 4th floor where our room was became difficult for me. They should have been right on that. We should have been compensated with our bill for that and we weren"t. In fact, there was not even an apology made for the inconvenience.

I liked the hotel dissatisfied with the bathroom Commode was too low for my medical situation. I fell trying to utilize the commode. overall the stay was nice.

The front desk staff were excellent. The breakfast was wonderful also. The older lady that served it was so sweet and helpful

The property was clean, the room was as stated. The front desk attendant looked passed me and helped the person behind me, I think it was a bit racist. I am a black woman and the other woman was white. Other than this my stay was very comfortable.
I wanted a smoking room, the property didn’t specify it was a totally nonsmoking facility

clean and a great breakfast
the street isn’t on the GPS maps. couldn’t find it. spent a lot of time locating. it is right by a main road but you have to take back roads to get there. very confusing.

The room was great. The bedding was comfy cozy. LOVED the shower.
We could hear the people in the room above us walking around and someone had their TV on really loud all night. Really hate people who let their doors slam. Its so rude especially at night.
