Our group had a lovely time in Manesquan for an extended weekend..The home is conveniently located near the beach and is roomy. The property owner is readily available for any issues and quick to respond to inquiries. Highly recommend this property.

Location, location, location! Couldn’t ask for more than being a few steps from the beach. Close enough to walk back to the house for lunch or even just to use the bathroom. Loved the garage access - arriving at night in the pouring rain with two babies was tough, but being able to unload everything in the garage was amazing.
Things other renters may want to know:
-Bathtub stopper didn’t work (unless I was doing something wrong), so that made bathing a toddler difficult.
-Coffee maker is a Keurig; there’s no french press or anything if you bring your own ground coffee.
-If you’re a person who likes to clean up the sand after a day at the beach, there’s no vacuum, just a broom.
-Enough beach chairs and towels for a large group of people!
Overall a fabulous house in a fabulous location. Host was generous and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this location. This part of Manasquan is excellent with lots going on but enough away from the party scene to make it enjoyable for a family.
The house is steps from the beach and a couple good food spots, has two parking spots and is altogether very accessible.
The homeowner checked in and was very accommodating and made us feel at home. The homeowner clearly takes pride in the home and your experience which is important. The Kitchen appliances were relatively new and in good order, the place had several TVs and good wifi signal.
We would stay here again.

This was an awesome stay for about 3 couples, it was clean, plenty of room to stay, working grill for burgers and dogs, walking distance to beach is an under statement. Great stay, we had an awesome weekend.

This house has everything you need for a great vacation down the shore.
Steps from the beach and inlet and it’s super clean with spacious, kitchen, bathrooms, living areas and a friendly, helpful host.
It was really nice to have beach chairs, umbrellas, towels all there and waiting for us to use.

Very nice stay with my wife and 4 month old. Some family popped in and out, the house was well equipped for it. Parking for 2 cars was no problem, if you have additional cars you can get crafty with street parking in the evening. Weekends get busier and lots of people looking for spots, but overall the area is pretty quiet and great location to the Beach. James was a great host. Will stay again!

This is a beautiful house right on Manasquan Beach, just one row back from being directly on the beach. You can see the ocean from the back deck, and walk right up to the beach. The front of the house has a great view of the inlet and our little one loved watching the boats go by. The house had everything we needed and we could not have enjoyed our stay more!

Had a great experience at this location! In a quieter area, with easy access to town and walking distance to the beach! We had our 17 month old son and being so close to the beach made it so easy and convenient. James was very easy and quick to communicate. The place was clean, and spacious. I would definitely stay here again

James was easy to get ahold off and the property was perfect for our 1 week stay. We loved being able to have our morning coffee on the beach. Carlson’s Corner was a big hit for ice cream multiple nights especially Thursday prior to the fireworks display.

Manasquan 2020
Despite the worries of Covid, we had a wonderful stay in Manasquan. The beach house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. James has seen to every detail, and responds immediately if you should need something. I highly recommend this beach house. You will not be disappointed!

Summer at the Jersey Shore
The locatio. you can't beat. Just steps to the beach, great beds, lots of room for the family to visit, beautiful bathrooms and a great outdoor space. Televisions were great but we only watched at night. Refrigerator was large enough for all the food and beverages. Since this was during Covid I stocked up on food and beverages to limit my visits to the store. We ate in each night and with the grill and deck it was great. Just steps to Carlson's to make lunch easy and night time ice cream runs. Great location and amenities.

Beach paradise
Pleasantly surprised by the condition and cleanliness of this incredible beach house. The owners were a delight to work with and very accommodating. We will definitely be back should our travels bring us to the point Pleasant area in the future.

Great location
We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. We have 2 children under the age of 6 so I really wanted to be as close to the beach as possible. There was plenty of space for us and some other family members. We had a very enjoyable stay here and will most definitely return.

Perfect Jersey Shore Vacation!
This home was beautiful, even better than advertised! Home was well-stocked with everything we might need, ready to go upon arrival! Plenty of towels, linens, and beach towels/chairs included. Owner was very responsive and eager to insure our vacation was nothing but smooth sailing. Extra sleeping space came in handy for visiting relatives and friends--very comfortable accommodations. Décor added to the beachy feel, views of inlet are spectacular, walking back and forth to beach was a treat, including for Thursday night fireworks! When inquiring about things we needed to bring, owner said it's all covered, just bring good weather...he was right! Perfect vacation in sun and waves on Jersey Shore--already looking forward to next time!

Great beach house
We had an excellent stay at this beach house. There were 7 of us (2 adults and 5 kids age 11-19) and we also had a few overnight guests and there was plenty of room. House is set up nice with plenty of space for sleeping and hanging out. Great location steps away from the beach and close to the inlet for great fishing and sunsets. The owner James was great to work with and provided many amenities and overall attention that most others don’t. Will definitely be looking to come back again!

Great Beach Location on the Manasquan Beach
Nicely refurbished unit on the beach - one row back from beachfront. Very easy access to the Manasquan beach - just 50' away. Unit is nicely done and fully outfitted with everything you need. Owner is nearby and very attentive, not that we needed much attention. Three bedrooms are all very reasonable and nicely done, as well as full kitchen, living room, etc. Only 1 1/2 baths, so could be a bit crowded for a full complement of adults. Garage parking and a space behind the garage is a major plus. Beach parking is at a premium most times of the year. Owner provided many "extras" boogie boards, bikes, beach toys, etc. Very handy if you're traveling from outside of the location area. This is a great choice for families, quiet and safe - not a "party place" for the "frat house gang". Highly recommended.

Prime location and great house.
We came for a weekend stay with 3 families and had a fantastic time. The entire home is available with garage Parking and another spot out front, which is extremely helpful.
House is 3 floors with plenty of hanging out room and TVs. The kitchen/living area is awesome for entertaining and with the deck right outside made it even better.
Owner James is super nice and very responsive. Will definitely be back!
