great location

accomadation lacked cleaning and could do with some fresh paint, great view of the beach if you could see through dirty windows

The location and house itself was excellent! It had everything we needed and it was extremely convenient for our little trip.

The back door doesn’t lock at all. That is incredibly concerning as anyone could have robbed us at any point. We tried to lock it many times in many different ways with the keys provided and failed every time. The dishes were dirty and the towels are unfortunately stained. The location is also difficult to find as it was no where on google maps. The staff also did not seem very hospitable over the phone. I understand we could only check in at 2pm but a nicer and understanding tone about our request for checking in early would have made a world of a difference. Also the outdoor table and bbq were in terrible condition, completely rusted.

The location at Emu Bay, our favourite place to stay in KI. The cottage was simple, clean, had great cooking utensils and the coffee machine was much appreciated.

Great location. the property and location were exactly what we wanted. It was clean and had everything we needed

The only thing that we had a problem with, was the TV remote. It was not always responsive. But we managed to get it working most of the time. Perhaps a replacement remote is all that is needed.

Location. Clean and tidy

Rear door lock had to wrestle with it to get it to lock from inside. Shared driveway you had to back out. TV had a line through it and remote was held together with tape and card board.and a few channels not working,sound but no picture. And WI FI would b good. No milk for tea or coffee on arrival. Other than those things it was good
