Very clean facility, friendly staff, cosy, quiet room with all amenities (ironing board, hairdryer, kettle, etc.) in a handy area for both the congress centre and the city centre.

I’ve been staying here for years and the rooms are a little tired and need a bit of a refresh. Also was in a room that was too small for two massive chair in front of wardrobe and mini dressing table which made it really difficult to do anything other than stay on the bed.

Nice room, good location, staff were great and really helpful! Cool space downstairs too!

Frokosten hadde pulver egg og det er ikke godt. Ellers var resten ok. Personalet fylte ikke veldig raskt på frokosten og man måtte vente etter bestikk, glass, tallerken, yogurt osv. Rommet var veldig lite og hadde bare et bord ved ene siden av sengen og ikke noe på den andre siden. Hvis man kommer med to vanlige kofferter da er ikke plass for å åpne de uten å legge dem på sengen.

Location was very convenient for walking, perfect for a visit to the city without a car. Relaxed and modern atmosphere. Decent restaurant on site. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was good, but some food items seemed to run out quickly? Not sure if stuff was being restocked or not throughout the course of the breakfast time? I visited during the first half / mid-way through serving times during my stay.

Well booked and paid for 2 queen rooms. Daughters room was reasonable. Doubt ours as a couple was a queen room. As it was tiny and couldn't move around the bed.. it was awful.. that's the 2nd time we have stayed recently and the night guy wasn't pleasant,and wouldn't make cocktails for us but shocking as it's a bar (and it wasn't that late it was before 12). We have had lovely cocktails at night about a year ago

Really close to central station. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The heating in the room wasn’t any good so it was cold which was quite uncomfortable.

Breakfast could have been much better. I believe that was an Irn-Bru stain on the carpet in my room 611. Extractor in the bathroom does not work.

Excellent location, with a paid for car park immediately across the road from the hotel. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is buffet style but there is a large selection of both cooked and cold options.

Room was an odd shape with the bathroom in the centre, almost cutting it in two, making the room feel much smaller than it actually was and awkward to use the space. Bed was on the firm side.

Room was modern, clean and cosy. Breakfast was exceptional. Location was ok a short walk from train station and shops which we didn't mind. Overall a brilliant stay and would not hesitate to book again.

The location was central. The room had everything in it you would need.

The cleanliness of the room was not good, hairs on the bed, towels stained, crumbs on bedside table. The room was fine but a little grubby. I was £155 for a twin room for one night. Have been to cheaper hotels where rooms and towels are clean. Lower your prices if you don't have the staff to keep standards to an appropriate level.

This is our second stay here in a matter of months - so we clearly love the place! Location is a huge plus point. An easy 3 or 4-minute stroll into the heart of Glasgow where there are shops, restaurants and bars aplenty. The hotel itself suits us. Room is comfortable with all we needed... some might struggle with the limited wardrobe space... but living out of your suitcase is rock-and-roll, right?!

The one big thing is parking. There is no parking at the hotel, so you're in the hands of the local providers. There are others but for convenience we used the Q-Park opposite - which is price-y. Your other options are... well, limited. That aside, what would make this hotel better? Heated towel rails, so you can dry yours overnight and not ask for fresh ones or use a damp one. That'd be it!
