I was in the Callicoon area for our niece's wedding and this house was perfect for my group that included my husband and four of my adult children and their spouses. We were able to sit around in the living room each evening and talk and play games. I was worried about all of us sharing 2 bathrooms but it worked out perfectly. The icing on the cake was getting to witness the birth of a baby calf to a cow in the field next to this property. We were able to be within a hundred feet and watched her labor until the little black calf was born. It made for a memorable and relaxing weekend around all the hustle and bustle of the wedding in Callicoon. Several of us talked about how nice it would be to come back in the summer time.

We love this house and the area with its views of the surrounding farms. This has been a place we have returned to multiple times over the years and would eagerly come back to in the future. The recent updates to the kitchen and windows/walls were excellent. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Amy's amazing property! The house is very homey and newly remodeled! So many space for a group of 10! The pool is huge and they were kind enough to heat it up for us when we requested for it last minute. 1000/10! :)

We had a wonderful family getaway. The house was comfortable and clean with plenty of space for our family. The property is so peaceful, relaxing and private. Tons of outdoor space for dining and playing. The pool was wonderful and kept us entertained for hours. The owner and property manager were very responsive and attentive. They answered all of our questions and took care of all of our needs. We had a wonderful stay!

Great for a family retreat
This was a very nice stay. The house had a cozy feel, very quiet with lots of space for a family of 9 or more. The pool is wonderful and there is a lot of land surrounding the house.

Utopia
I called this property heavenly!! Literally if you want peace, quiet, serenity and tranquility this is the place! Amazing scenery, great get away from the city to country living. Great for kids to run around and see friendly neighbors saying mooo in the morning or afternoon! My family and I have a wonderful stay. The pool was also an added bonus, best to beat summer heat and have some fun. Memories are built here !! Clean and inviting! Would love to come back again. Amy was a great host and answered promptly to questions or concerns.

The only bummer was that we were charged $50 for a bowl that we know wasn’t broken, lost or damaged, even after we offered to return to the house and look for it. I would definitely recommend staying here but would take pics of all rooms at check in!

Amy was extremely communicative: speedy, detailed, and helpful! Would love to come back to celebrate our friend's one year anniversary :)

Magic near the Delaware
This is a beautiful home located on gorgeous land with expansive views. It’s a perfect place to escape with family; you’re surrounded by nature, and there are restaurants and activities in nearby Callicoon and Narrowsburg. Amy and Stacey are kind, communicative, and helpful and the house has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. We would love to return again!

Great Time. Great View. Lots of Swimming.
From the wonderful views, to the wildlife (deer, turkey, hummingbirds), to the delightful pool, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everyone from kids to grandparents loved swimming in the saltwater pool. On extremely hot days in the nineties the house could get a bit hot, but the location was consistently breezy so that wasn't a big issue. We'd recommend.

Fun family house
We had a great stay here. The house is well laid out for a multigenerational family with a bedroom and bath on the ground floor and 4 more bedrooms upstairs. The yard is perfect for kids to run around and explore. We found the kitchen well equipped and even the knives were sharpened. We’d definitely come back next summer!

Everything about our stay was excellent. The booking and communication were smooth, and the house is sited beautifully at the top of a lovely hill. The heated pool was icing on top of the cake. We really hope to return!
