This rental unit is beautiful! It had everything we needed for a wonderful week getaway. It was close to the pool and beach and just a short walk to restaurants and shopping. There were lawn chairs on the beach for us to watch the beautiful sunset each night. Perfectly located!

Have stayed at this property many times and this unit the past two years.
That being said unit definitely needs some attention
Ice maker has not worked since the last year we stayed, came and tried fixing it this last time but still fills up inside and have to open door to retrieve ice.
Living room had large water stain in living room, living room light did not work. Maintenance came and could not fix.
Blinds on patio broken( maintenance could not fix, will need to be replaced)
Toaster was broken ( did bring us a new one)
No pot holders (did bring us some)
Our master had no pillow cases or any extra ( had to bring us 6 of them)
Had to bring us toilet paper
Jacuzzi never worked the 8 days we were there
Shower head in master was leaking, spraying everywhere and had to be tightened by husband.
No stop behind the front door was broken off
Hose outside unit needed o ring spraying everywhere when turned on( maintenance did fix)
My family also rented out the penthouse (Key)
Unit too was not cleaned well.
This property with a $1100. Plus association fee I feel needs some attention to detail.

This condo was fantastic for our stay! There were beach chairs and toys available for us to use and they came in handy since those items are hard to travel with. The condo was very roomy and we didn't feel cramped. We were all able to fit comfortably at the dinner table and on the patio. Overall, it was a great stay!

We stayed here for my dads 85 th birthday for 4 nights. The main reason we picked this place was for the elevator. Well, the elevator was not working when we arrived and because it was the weekend the repair person finally arrived the day before we left and it still was not fully repaired. Communication with the rental company is outstanding and they did everything they could to make our stay nice. Be aware that there will be nothing extra in the condo so bring extra supplies. The place is clean and perfect for a large group. Easy walk to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and beach toys. The wagon to cart everything down was a bonus. The unit could use a little updating, but all in all a good place to stay for the cost and the location.

This was our first time visiting Anna Maria Island. The property was above our expectations, the layout, space, laundry, seating and the plentiful about of beach/pool supplies. We will definitely visit again.

We had a perfect week and the location played an important role in that. The house was well equipped with a variety of beach items. The beach access was ideal. The pool was directly across from this unit. In addition, the bayside boardwalk was an easy step away as well. We could enjoy sunrises on the bayside and sunsets on the gulf side. It was easy to stop back for afternoon siestas away from the heat. The area of the beach seemed less busy than other spots, too. The kitchen was well equipped, the furniture was comfy and we thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch. 5 stars all around. The user guide was very informative, and access into the unit was simple for multiple people with the key lock. The management was accessible via text and we were thankful for the built-in damage waiver as we had a minor accident with something breaking in the house, but it was covered by the security damage fee. It felt like everything was thought of in advance on how to make a rental an easy part of the vacation. We would book again in a heartbeat.

Towels plenty and nice ones, beach supplies were very plentiful. Wagon great to have. Beach towels plenty for 8 like beach chairs. The kitchen was well stocked but not with seasonings. Beds were great and anything we needed communication was available and responded quickly.

The house was clean and perfectly located. It was super close to the beach and the pool is right beside the house. This was great with two small children. The unit has tons of beach toys and chairs. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and when speaking to the staff, they were all wonderful. Will stay again!!!

Fabulous week with friends
I had a fabulous week with my group of friends at Bradenton Beach Club 225! The condo is adorable, impeccably clean and laid out for entertaining. The location across from the pool and steps away from the beach and the bay was fantastic. Within 2 minutes we able to walk to see both the sunrise over the water in the am and the sunset at night. The condo had everything we needed to cook our meals, even a grill! The furniture was stunning and comfortable. I will stay there again!

Location, Location, Location!
Location, location, location!!! This is a fabulous property located walking distance to the beach, bay and pool. It had all of the amenities you could need on your AMI vacation and more! The furnishings have been updated beautifully so it's even better than the pictures! I'd definitely rent again!

Location can't be beat!
Our family of six were comfortable here. There are six chairs at the dining table as well as six chairs in the screened lanai. Location can't be beat! You can see the beach from the lanai and master bedroom. The free trolley stops nearby on both the north and south routes. There's a working elevator to help you get your items up and down the stairs. Bedrooms are spacious Closets are large The garage is HUGE and comes stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, etc.

Short but sweet
We loved our stay even though we had limited time on the beach due to the ongoing effects of Red Tide. I had written to the property manager, prior to going, about the impact of Red Tide and its status but never heard back from them. Calls to the office to request maintenance services were readily answered and the receptionist was very friendly. The Unit (225): The unit itself was wonderful. It even had an elevator which my grandchildren loved. The furniture and appliances have clearly seen better days and are in need of replacement. as are the linens. Property description: The property description is relatively accurate, however, they fail to mention that one of the two pools is across the street and is very small... It did not appear to be large enough to accommodate the guests in that building, let alone additional guests from across the street. It would have been nice to have been told where to access the beach and how to unhinge the gate. I eventually figured it out but it would have been nice to have had the information and skipped the problem solving piece. I was under the impression that there was a basketball court either on the property or nearby. That impression was reinforced by the picture on the Echo of young men playing basketball. I looked for the court for five days and never found it!! Very disappointing for my grandson. Recommendation: I would absolutely recommend this property and would consider returning there again in the future. JUST BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR THE RED TIDE!

This was our first time staying in this particular home in BBC. It was directly across from the pool, and was clean overall. I would agree with some previous reviews, the ice machine is still very temperamental (sometimes it works, and sometimes it gets jammed), the kitchen sink still is very touchy and leaks if you don't have it in the "right" spot, and there is mold in the cabinet under sink upstairs in the bathroom. If management gave these items some attention, the home would be perfect.
If you are looking to cook while you are staying, you will have to buy storage containers and/or zip lock bags. During our week stay, there was literally 1 container with a lid that you could store food in the refrigerator. The check in/out process is completely automated.
The pool was great and directly across from the unit, there were toys, rafts, beach chairs, and beach towels available. We bought our own umbrella because the two that were at the home were broken.
We love staying at the BBC, and had a wonderful week!

Great location! Condo is across the street from the larger pool and short distance from the beach. Condo was clean, neat, and nicely decorated and had lots of beach toys.

The patio had an old hamburger bun so not the cleanest also faucet in kitchen hard to turn off and guest bath faucet spins but we had a blast this is just to make mgmt aware so that they can make improvements
