This condo has a super location. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The condo overlooks the beach and overall very quiet. We stayed for a month and would definitely come back.

This property is nicely located in Indian Rocks Beach directly on the beach and across from multiple places to eat and drink. The property is large and spacious and has a beautiful view of the ocean/beach. Would definitely stay here again. Bob was great getting my son into the condo as he unexpectedly arrived prior to the rest of us.

Great accommodations and location with great gulf view. Were were on the second floor and the unit was QUIET. Wonderful selection of restaurants, shops, grocery, and pharmacy within 10 minutes; many are walkable.

We are an “old Florida” kind of family. We prefer the condos to the high rises. We LOVED this condo. It’s a little older; some chipped paint, some knicked floors, but it was clean, quiet and had EVERYTHING WE NEEDED!!!! We will definitely be back!

Had a great experience renting this condo. Even with hurricane ian interrupting our stay, Bob could not have been better to work with in this situation. I hope to be able to make it back next year for a full week.

Condo was spacious, well appointed and the location is second to none. Good size bedrooms, a great balcony overlooking the ocean and the area is fantastic.

We loved our week here! It was comfortable and had everything we needed. It's a great location, on a quiet stretch but near everything Beach wasn't as private as we thought because it's next to a public access point but still much less crowded and really beautiful. The host was in touch and easy to reach. We miss it already!

This was our first time at Indian Rocks Beach. The entire process was smooth, from booking, paying and staying. The place was secure, clean and had everything we needed. We traveled by airplane so having towels for bathing and towels for the beach was priceless. It’s a nice short walk to the ocean. The views are breathtaking. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We highly recommend Bob, as he answered any questions we had and was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be staying again.

Location of property was convenient for our wants/needs. Everyone we could’ve wanted for the beach and kitchen was available.

We all (3 adults, 1 teen)had a wonderful week at Casablanca 202 condo on the beach. Our host Bob was excellent - organized, responsive, professional and friendly. Couldn't ask for better. We were deliberate in selecting a small complex in a hopefully quiet area. This was spot on. The location in Indian Rocks Beach is excellent, and convenient to many good dining options, while being out of the busy fray in other areas along the coast. The beach is beautiful and not crowded, just a short walk from the building. We've been to this area between Clearwater and St. Pete beach many times and think IRB is the best spot on this coast. We were pleasantly surprised at how roomy and well lit the condo is. The great view hits you as soon as you walk in the door. The living area is large an open- perfect! It has a huge dining table and plenty of dining as well as lounging seating. The wifi was reliable all week long and had decent speed. Plenty of cable options for the TV as well. The kitchen is fully stocked and many extras were provided so that we were ready to go when we arrived. It's great to have a full size washer dryer right in the unit. The balcony was roomy and provided a great view to the beach and gulf, even though it was not on a top floor. You get a sense of community in this building - everyone was friendly and courteous and we always felt safe. The pool was great too. So easy to take a refreshing dip, right outside your doorstep! It's always luck of the draw as to how noisy the neighbors will be, but that was not a problem at all. And, the pool was never busy and there are plenty of lounge chairs available. Our week was very quiet, except for a few brief moments here and there. It helps being a corner unit in a small building with no large towers on either side. Parking is a bit tight for large cars and when the small lot is full, but it's so convenient. And, the elevator is a godsend. All the big important aspects of our stay were wonderful. Things like a very firm mattress in one bedroom, a couple of worn out pillows and some mismatched dishes are barely worth mentioning, but this is just to say that everything is not brand new or ultra fancy, and we were not looking for that. The unit was very very clean when we arrived and it's obvious the owner and host keep a high standard. We were very welcomed from the start and really enjoyed our time at this unit. We appreciate it all and are planning to return. Great place!

We just finished our week in Indian Rocks. The property manager was awesome and responded quickly to any questions we had. The Condo was a lovely fit for 4 adults and 2 young kids. The pool and beach were perfect. We will defiantly keep this location on our list to return to. My only suggestion for improvement would be to update the balcony furniture. The chairs were uncomfortable after a while. We ended up adding beach towels under the cushions for a little more support.

Loved the condo & the location. Bob did great communicating he updated our dishes while there & had the dishwasher fixed immediately when we told him not working properly. The only reason not to give 5 stars on cleanliness is that I did mop the floor after we got there- but being on the beach & black asphalt in parking lot tile can easily get dirty from people walking in and out. Shower curtains could be exchanged due to moisture /humidity/discolored. We loved the size of the condo and the view was awesome! We would definitely stay again!

Lovely location, very comfortable condo. Perfect view. Property manager was very helpful. Close to pubs, restaurants and mini-mart. Quiet building and beach, very relaxing.

Not only is the complex "beach front", the distance to the actual beach and ocean is very short (not a long sandy walk like some). The parking, pool, etc. were all very good as well. The location is great. Walking distance to many restaurants but still somewhat secluded. The host was amazing as well, providing great suggestions on local places to eat and things to do.

4 of us stayed here, you can’t beat the location, the place has everything you need to have a great stay. Beach toys & stuff, a well equipped kitchen and communication with the rental agent was fantastic. The only reason for four stars is the balcony furniture could be better & some kitchen items need an update. We will definitely be back.

The process was smooth and communication was clear. Albeit a short notice change, Bob and the owners were understanding and fair. Our apprehension quickly dissipated and we had an amazing time. The condo neighbors were friendly and helpful as well. Literally steps from the beach, you are able to see the pool and the beach from the balcony. Sunsets every night. We were blessed with such excellent weather! So many different restaurants to try. We would recommend Keagan’s for their Key lime pie. Delicious! Thank you Bob and the owners for yet another memorable trip to the gulf. We absolutely recommend the property.
