We just returned from another great week at Little Harbor. We love how it feels like our home away from home when we are there, and only wish we could stay longer! This was our first time in this particular condo, and a couple small issues were brought to the attention of the property managers that were promptly addressed. The location of the condo was perfect for viewing the beautiful boats coming and going from the marina, and just a short walk to the pools as well. We found it clean and as the pictures showed.

The unit was good for us but advertised with washer in unit. It was broke & had been for some time. We did not bring a lot of clothes thinking we could wash. There were 3 coffee pots & none worked well & toaster was broken. All are fairly cheap to replace.

The price, location, communication, response times, and resources at this Vrbo were very accommodating. We stayed for 10 days while awaiting the completion of our home and it served us well. I will say that all of our requests were met in a speedy amount of time, however, I feel that with a little TLC, we might not have had to make these requests at all.
The condo was not as clean as we expected (dirty floors, rugs, shower curtain, remote controls, pan, soiled dining room chair) and a couple of items were in need of repair (missing blind slats, weather stripping, unhinged door blinds/valance, washing machine tub, family room TV, sofa and chair). In all fairness, most of these items did not cause us any major problems, except the moldy shower curtain, old worn-out sofa and chair, and the TV. The shower curtain was replaced with a brand new one and the maintenance guy even replaced the old worn-out showerhead after I mentioned that it had one speed...high! The TV never worked during our entire stay. There were 3 attempts to troubleshoot with the maintenance guy and cable company but to no avail. The bedroom cable box went off each day and had to be turned on each time we wanted to use it. It was a rainy week!
Lastly, the sofa and reclining chair are completely worn out. The chair can topple over easily and both could use a good cleaning or replacement. I felt like little mites were biting me the first and only day I sat on it.
Lance, the maintenance guy, was a GEM! He was so friendly and so accommodating!
With just a little TLC, I would recommend this stay.

Little Harbor is a nice area - the pools could use an upgrade but we appreciated the beach grill and private beach area. Our place in Little Harbor was fine but it could use some upgrades to its kitchen essentials - not one single cookie sheet in the place and the bath towels are pretty threadbare. Because of lacking on the finer touches 4 stars. Would definitely book with ITrip again.

All good except one issue....
Place is in a nice secluded semi-private location. Townhouse was clean and is definitely big enough for 6 people, 8 is bit crowded but manageable.
If you're planning on cooking more than just the basic breakfast you might need more pots/pans etc. Pool is heated and hot tub is very warm, especially on those cooler December evenings.
There was construction going on on both sides of the townhouse during our stay, but it's not the owners fault nor they had any say about that.
Unfortunately we had an issue with one of the resort employees - his behavior towards the kids wasn't approximate and he actually started arguing with a couple of them. I won't go into details here, not the place.
I contacted the owner by email provided, as instructed in the welcome message, described the situation and demanded something be done to resolve the issue. Three weeks later I still haven't received a response. I don't like to complain nor leave bad or negative reviews, but in my opinion this issue was serious enough that something should've been done, at least acknowledged.
In all fairness this place could be a nice, easy-going retreat, and it would've been for us if not for one big issue. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

573 - Beuatiful
My family of five really enjoyed staying at this townhouse. Everything was clean and updated. The views were beautiful and so nice to watch the boats going by. We enjoyed the close walk to the beach and the pool. We would highly recommend staying here!

This is a hidden gem. While off the beaten path, it provided a great oasis for me and my family. The prooerty was immaculate and provided a plethora of amenities. We totally enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. : )

The home was awesome from the moment we arrived till the moment we had to check out the closeness to the water the neighborhood everything was awesome the only bad thing I can is as far as not having the enough cookware and that's it will definitely book again.

Loved it here so much last year even with Corona virus, we are back. Great location, great weather, great condo. We have already booked our trip next winter for the same place. We love Little Harbor and look forward to coming back.

Very Poorly Managed. Very Dirty.
My in-laws visited and stayed in the exact same unit that was a few doors down and it was not a Premier/iTrip property. My in-laws unit was extremely clean, updated, and well kept. This property is significantly worse than its counterparts. It appears management thinks it is my job to contact them about their standards. If it was correct the first time, I wouldn't;t need to. Regarding a previous review from our first stay. You can try to provide broad details all you want. explain the crack house behind the abandoned SunTrust bank on the corner of Shell Point and 41. The names of all the known homeless people that live there can be found on the Ruskin Facebook page. One hangs out on an electrical box at the entrance of Little Harbor. Explain the bars on all the windows for the stores. Explain the multiple robberies at gunpoint at the Cricket Wireless store. This is not somewhere I would bring my family. We rented here as we are building in Apollo Beach. We extended due to our home taking longer. We would have rented another two months, but it is clear the absent ownership made us vulnerable to terrible living conditions. We relocated to another property for the rest of our construction period.

Very dirty, clearly managed corporately.
Furniture is ran down. The recliner has stuffing coming out of it. There are small broken mirrors on the wall, things like that everywhere. We came in after the cleaning crew left and it was clearly just wiped down. There was a whole lock of hair left in a chair where someone just got a haircut. The community looks good until you find out you drive through a bad area to get here. Ruskin is a very bad area with lots of homeless and crime. Everyone vacations in the Little Harbor area, but it’s so cheap it brings in the wrong type of people. There are a bunch of units like this one that are much better and well kept. Don’t rent from any iTrip or Premier properties. They are managed poorly. Find one where there is just a family renting it out. They will care more.

Booked this place the day before and couldn’t be happier with it! Had some problems with the air conditioning and WiFi, but they were quick to solve our problems. Great place!

Two months at 573 Bahia Beach Blvd
Basically we loved the place. We really love Little Harbor with all of its amenities and the townhouse was perfect for our stay. It was close enough to the pool and the beach and both restaurants. The view from the back balcony was very relaxing and we used this one and the front daily. The townhouse was well equipped for our purposes with the only problem being the hardness of the mattress in the master bedroom. (We bought a mattress topper to alleviate this concern.) We liked it well enough that we booked it again for next year!

Enjoyed the stay. A few shortcomings in housekeeping supplies, however. Was to accommodate 6 people, and only had 4 bath towels. Could really have really have used six plus a few extra, as they were small and the girls like an extra to wrap their wet hair...,
Also, there was no broom and dustpan for the kitchen. There was a stiffer, but all it did was push crumbs into the grout, so not effective.

Not bad! A few easy fixes needed
Just completed 4 days in the 2 br condo the week of March 25, 2019. Perfect size for a family of 3. Might be a bit cramped with any more than 2 adults. Some things that would have made kitchen better? A basic set of measuring cups and spoons. Also, for families with small kids, glasses other than pint and wine glasses. Neither bedroom had a ceiling fan, which is no issue in March, but could be one in the summer months.
Finally, for safety of families with small kids, the dressers in both bedrooms are the infamous Ikea dressers that have tipped over on small children. They were not anchored to the wall. My kid is 6, so, again, not an issue for us, but could be for a family with younger kids.
Little Harbor is a really nice resort, with a clean, pretty beach. The beach chair rentals were only $5 / day. Also, the pool that is available to guests is also very well-maintained.
Overall, a great resort, and the condo would be great with a few tweaks.

Great property in quiet community!
We spent 3 nights in this property. Pros - property was easy to locate, and clean upon arrival. It was nice to have laundry in the unit. It was quiet & not crowded. We saw manatee out the queen bedroom balcony. We had to call maintenance to fix a faucet, but they answered the call immediately and were out the same day and fixed it, so I consider that great service. The accessible beach was very nice & not too many people. The only suggestions I would have would be to have some information in the unit on locations of pools & what it all included with the resort stay, and even some local information on places to eat. The nearby fish stand was wonderful! Overall, this was a great place & we would stay again!
