Quite, clean and family friendly

This property met all our needs. We enjoyed our time in Tuscumbia.

We arrived an hour before tornado sirens and loudspeakers sent out warnings to go to safe spot. Big wind hit house that shook us hard. House did well no problems, few branches in yard. Kitchen is supplied enough to cook. Dining on tiny two-person counter is hard with three bedrooms for people with very uncomfortable seats. W/D was included. House is older so some worn out furniture, especially king mattress, sofa and love seat. We needed extension cords in some rooms. Neighborhood sometimes is noisy but safe. We left food outside overnight with trailer and motorbike, no problems! We would stay again!

Great place to stay when playing The Shoals. Will be back.

We enjoyed the house. Comfortable couches in living room. Well equipped kitchen.

Was a great time visiting with family, house has great potential but could be cleaner and had a bad smell in the back bedroom but is in a great location for activities.

Property was in a well lit area and I felt safe.. property manager was easy to reach and on point. Thanks 😊

The house was clean and had everything we needed. It is close to everything you would want to see in Tuscumbia and Muscles Sholes. It is an older house, but upgrades have been done. It was a safe neighborhood, with many good restaurants close by.

This was an awesome stay ! Highly recommended!!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was older, but clean and comfortable. We were rudely awakened on the first morning by tornado sirens which are apparently very close to the property and truly, we were thankful for the heads up. We had brought some fancy donuts for the kids to share and they were sorely disappointed that ants got to them first on the kitchen counter.

I think this is the 5th review I've written in my life, so I'm only writing this one because there are a few things that renters need to be aware of if they want to stay at this property: Pros: -Decor was nice -Sheets seemed clean -Internet and TV are nice perks -Cleanliness aside (we'll get to that more in detail in the Cons) the kitchen was good Cons: -Dining room stools are precarious and feel unsafe to sit on -ALL the flatware either had dried food on it or was grimey. The pots and pans selection is minimal and desperately need to be replaced -There are no dishwasher pods despite advertising that a dishwasher is available -Water was left in the Keurig from whoever used it last, making us not comfortable using it -Because of the lack of cookware (and how old it is) we had to use the metal coffee creamer basket as a strainer for our pasta -Sink in back bathroom is installed OVER a vent -Shower curtain in the front bathroom was falling apart and the faucet was not connected to the wall. So whenever you tried to switch from bath to shower mode, it tries to come out of the wall Those are the main things we noticed. If the owner is reading this, I have one thing that I really want you to be aware of: Half of the rental amount is for a cleaning fee. If you are going to charge a high cleaning fee (ESPECIALLY if you leave notes around the house asking tenants to respect the house and keep it clean because you are very proud of it), whoever rents from you expects it to be CLEAN. There isn't an excuse for there to be food and grime all over the dishes that we haven't used. So, 3/5 stars because overall it was a good place to stay. But, if I got another Vrbo, I wouldn't choose this one again.

Great house full equipped close to Downtown Tuscumbia. A couple of things that I would change: 1. Showers need better cleaning around the edges. 2. It would be nice to have a larger dinning table. Small table at the kitchen seating just 2 was challenging for a family. Overall we had a great experience and we’ll stay again when returning to Tuscumbia.

Parking two boats and trucks was a little challenging but by backing one boat into the yard we made it work. The house was clean and comfortable. Very pleasant stay!!

My buddies and I always come down to take advantage of the great golf at RTJ. We have stayed at Friday Night Lights 2 of last 3 years and will do it again next year. Truth be told it would be 3 out of 3 if this house would've been available last year. It's smaller but works great for 3 guys. Looking forward to next year! Thank you.

The house is neat, well organized and comfortable. The neighborhood was pleasant and it was easy to get to nearby attractions and restaurants.

Conveniently located property, easy to find. Close to Ivy Green and not far from anything in the Shoals area. Comfortable beds and living room space. The house was not dirty by any means but did have some minor cleanliness issues (dust around windows, floors visibly fine but feet would get very gray walking around barefoot, etc.). Also, not a surprise as visible in the photos but there is not dining space for more than two people. Still, reasonably priced and a good house, with a few minor issues. Would stay there again.
