Absolutely great little Gem Hidden in plain sight.
Perfect for a trip to North Carolina, close to downtown and most main highways.
The Host were spot on with the details and personal touches.
Lots of thought went into the design that you will appreciate.

This was such a nice little spot! It’s close to everything and perfect for people who are there to experience the surrounding areas. It was a cozy studio that was very well taken care of and the hosts were wonderful!

This was an amazing stay. The check in and check out process was extremely easy, the neighborhood was very nice, the studio was very clean. I would suggest leaving a finger sized gap in the bathroom door as it can be difficult to open when fully closed. Other than that, this booking was absolutely great! Would recommend.

Great location, cute studio. Had a scheduling hiccup that was handled promptly and well by the owner. This may have effected their ability to get in and prep (I’m not sure)
There was a generator running right on the other side of the wall which made day time rest not possible. I arrived at 1pm and it ran until 7pm. Normally not an issue but I specifically was looking for a nap after travel. The shower got Luke warm at best and didn’t last long. Tried all settings of shower temp range. Tried twice with same result different times of the day. Very small blanket provided (bedding was incomplete) heat and AC worked great. All of this said, this really could be a perfect spot if the neighbors finish their project and the hot water and bedding were addressed. A bit pricey for what it was but the location was great. A tad dusty on high surfaces. Would likely stay again with the hope the generator is gone and a hot shower is guaranteed. I flew in so I also didn’t bring any bedding. If I were driving and staying here I would have brought more bedding.

We had a wonderful stay here! Great for a short trip with the best location. We could walk to coffee shops, pizza, boutiques, and more. Residential neighborhood was lovely and could drive easily anywhere we wanted to go. Met the host and they were great! Highly recommend!

It’s nice but small, a good size for just one or two people to stay. The only downside is a skylight in the roof, during the day it gets really bright and there’s not a conventional way to cover it. Other than that, it was very clean and accommodating.

Amazing prime location just like everyone else said. So easy to get everywhere. It was super cute and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious with a very nice shower. Murphy bed was easy to use and bring down. I think the mattress or something was off a bit because there was a slight tilt left to right, but was comfortable never the less. Would definitely stay again! Had a great stay.

Very nice space for a single person to stay. Close to downtown attractions and restaurants. Just a fyi, bring a sleep mask as there is a skylight that makes the room nice and bright, even early in the morning. Would totally stay again next time I’m in Raleigh.

The modern studio is an absolute gem! Excellent location, brilliantly designed, the space is used so efficiently that it feels so much larger. The bathroom is spacious, and the Murphy bed could not be easier to use. I have already saved this as a favorite location and will rebook any and every time I visit Raleigh. Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful stay!

This was in an excellent neighborhood and the place was a very pleasant experience to stay at for two nights. On street parking is right next to the rental making it easy to access and everything you could want to go to is extremely close by and under a 10 minute drive. Highly recommend this rental.

Visited Raleigh for a college graduation. This was the perfect stay for us for so many reasons. It was literally a four minute walk to our daughter's house and to some eateries if neefed. This small but perfect backyard studio was beautifully decorated, extremely clean & comfortable. The porch is a perfect spot to sit & relax as you take in the fresh aroma of the surrounding flower beds. For sure our stay for all future visits to Raleigh.

Perfect spot for one or a couple to spend the night if you are going to be hanging out in downtown Raleigh or the surrounding area. Nice neighborhood just on the outskirts of center city, ton of charm ... and plenty of neat venues nearby.

I stayed here for one night but wish it could have been longer. The location is great to the local neighborhood bars and restaurants. It is small, yes, but has everything you need. Would stay here again and recommend to others!

The place is perfect for 1-2 adults and is situated very close to many places but feels like it's outside of the "city" and provides a peaceful, safe stay. Love the space and concept! Great if you're going to be on the go and want a nice place to shower and rest in between activities.

It’s a lovely studio located at downtown . Close to many bars ,restaurants and museums . David was really thoughtful owner and let us check out late when my husband was having a headache and slept extra time. The studio is clean and bright . The only recommendation would be extra big thick blankets because it got really cold at night with the little heater . Some good coffee would be great too . Overall it’s a convenient stay for a night !
