The location close to Hochzillertal Ski lifts (Kaltenbach) 6minutes by car. The host was extremely helpful, allowed us to use his private washing machine.

Beds and bathroom are clean and new.

The pictures and text gave us the impression it is on ground floor, but actually appartment is on first floor. The garden is shared, but be aware with children because the owner has bees. Unfortunately, the owner did not give an interested/friendly/welcoming impression with comments like 'you need to make sure garbage is in right container otherwise no deposit in return'. However, for us foreigners it was not easy to understand what needs to go in which container. The owner dropped in during our breakfast to remind at 9:15 that we need to leave at 10:00 as he needed to clean the appartment. But there was no general information/house rules in the appartment available. Appartment was clean and well equipped. But overall we didn't feel welcome and will not return.
