Beautiful property, extremely comfortable and well maintained. The view… it doesn’t get any better. Plus, our exercise was built in with all those steps. We had a perfect time.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment very much. It was clean, comfortable and so cute. I wish we would have been here for several more days. Perfect for our family and the view was unbeatable.

I loved everything about this apartment, plenty of room to spread out! Loved the balcony off the bedroom and living room! And the view, wow!!! Only negative if there is one is the 120 stairs to get to it but a good way to workoff those calories. Would definitely stay here again, but would stay longer. Thanks for everything Margarita

We loved Casa Magonza. As two couples it had everything we could have asked for, plus spectacular coastal views. The in-person check-in was personable and covered everything. Monterosso itself is has all the bars and restaurants you need and serves as a good base for exploring all of Cinque Terre. The steps may be a challenge for some so consider a porter on arrival, especially if you have large or heavy luggage. Highly recommended.

The property and view were absolutely amazing. Looks exactly like the photos. Woke up each morning listening to the beach, just marvellous! There is no lift, so be prepared to carry your luggage up stairs. Usually someone is there to help but not always so pack light, no stairs in Monterosso

My wife and I stayed at this property, which was beautiful and wonderfully run. It helped make great memories of Cinque Terre and we hope to come back one day!

What a perfect spot to enjoy the beauty of Cinque Terre and Monterosso! Yes, the climb up is most definitely worth the effort as the view is outstanding! We enjoyed morning coffee and evening Prosecco taking in the panoramic view! The accommodations were sparkling clean and Margherita was very helpful checking us in and getting us acquainted with the area. The location is perfect for exploring the old/new town and other small villages! We look forward to returning!

The host was easy to communicate with and has her apartment set up perfectly for guests. We stayed in 10 apartments over seven weeks and this was by far the cleanest and most comfortable. The views of the sea are amazing!

Lots of stairs...but so worth it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Monterosso. The apartment is immaculate, spacious, very well stocked and comfortable...even better than the photos, with a great location. The view is breathtaking. There is a grocery story just around the corner. Communication with the owner was easy. The parking lot is nearby and the rail station is a five minute walk. The steps up to the unit were no problem, my husband and I are both 66 years old. As others have mentioned, the view is well worth the climb. We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute in this property. If it's available, book it!

Top notch place, once you get over the fact of having about 130 steps to reach this fabulous, well appointed apartment! All amenities, with such a gorgeous backdrop! Moon rising, jazz from nearby... truly idyllic. Thankful to have a porter move our bags!

We stayed with Margherita in June 2018 and vowed to come back because the place is amazing, and Margherita is so helpful and kind. The views are to-die-for, the place is neat, clean, well-equipped, spacious, and genuinely one of my and my wife’s favorite places in the world. We can’t wait to make our third trip, hopefully sooner than four years!

And we enjoyed the breeze from the doors to the balconies in both the living space and master bedroom. Our favorite fine dining restaurant across all of Cinque terre, La Taverna di Monterosso, was just steps away. Many steps, but worth the view and peaceful space. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing place in a great location! Margherita’s apartment is so beautiful, clean and well-decorated. It is close to everything, beach, restaurants and train station. And the view is hard to even describe, just breathtaking!!! I highly recommend staying here when you visit Cinque Terre!

We loved loved loved our time at this VRBO. It is beautiful, clean and in a wonderful location. The hosts are amazing too. I highly recommend it (other than if you do not like steps) Enough people have spoken about the steps so I feel no need to warn folks as that is covered.
