Overall our was good. The host was very nice and attentive. The room was cleaned once every few days. I appreciated hot shower with good water pressure! (it lacked in some other places where we’ve stayed).
The location is alright as long as you got a bike. There is a mini-mart and a few cafes within walking distance as well.
The washbasin in the bathroom was clogged. Perhaps we should have told about it to the host and it would have been fixed, but we didn’t want to waste our time on all that.
Another big minus for us was that there was NO iron at all. And no hand soap either, only a tiny bottle of shower gel which was inconvenient to use as a handwash.

I stayed for 1 week and it was only cleaned once and that was because I asked them to clean it on here.

The room was incredibly spacious and clean! The sink and counter was a nice surprise, as we sometimes order takeout. The staff was nice enough to let us change our room, as we struggled to get sleep.
- If your room is facing the street, you won’t get any sleep because the road is busy and VERY loud throughout the entire night. However, when we switched rooms we had no issues with this.
- The beds are very hard and uncomfortable.
- Not in a great location. There’s not much within walking distance. For the cafes and restaurants within walking distance, you have to walk along the busy road (with no sidewalk) to get to them. You’ll definitely want a scooter.

Spacious room, immaculately clean great air conditioning, and the shower was hot with good pressure. The microwave,fridge, plates and cutlery enabled us to buy street food to enjoy whilst watching a movie in the comfort of our air conditioned room. The small balcony was also great for drying small hand washed items. We have stayed in a lot of different places in Thailand and this would have to be one of the best. The owner/ manager has put in extra effort to make this place homely eg pictures on the wall, ornaments, decorative cushions and it certainly makes a difference. Would definitely stay here again.
Nothing really. The room on the street side was a little noisy but once we moved to the other side, no problem.
