kamer prima, netjes verzorgd en schoon; bed prima; ontbijtbuffet ruim voorzien; nette gym
Personeel weinig Engels sprekend; lunch zeer beperkt tot geen mogelijkheden; diner als buffet, geen a la carte; verder voorzieningen zoals bar of entertainment niet aanwezig of zeer vroeg gesloten; voor internationale reizigers niet echt een aanrader.

One of the most modern and futuristic hotels I've stayed at in Shenzhen. Really loved this hotel and one of my best experiences in China. Will definitely stay there again and looking forward to it. They even have robots riding the elevators by themselves. Very cool ! Excellent caring staff, super friendly and helpful.

Thanks a lot to Ms Diana, Front Office Head, who made my stay pleasant and memorable. The Breakfast spread was excellent. The room was quiet, nice, cosy and tidy. Excellent location, close to a Shopping Mall, with restaurants. The usual issue of the English Language is there, but manageable. All in all, 10/10
