We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautifully decorated. It had about any necessity we needed, especially a fully stocked kitchen! There were plenty of beach items available for our use. The beach was just a short walk and there were bathrooms and two pools, which made it very pleasant. We would highly recommend this place.

House was great. It was a short walk to the beach (maybe 4 minutes) & the owner was very easy to work with. The pool was smaller than most, but it wasn’t very crowded.

This was our first trip to Flordia and one of the best family vacations. The location and neighborhood was perfect. The house was just the right size with everything provided we needed. The owner was welcoming and helpful. The property was just as pictured. Would most definitely recommend!!

The house was awesome. Just a 2 min walk to the beach and pool. House was stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The teens in our group thought the bunk beds were uncomfortable but for smaller kids I'm sure they would have been great. Couldn't have asked for a better week, house and location. Melanie was quick with her responses. Will definitely be back!!!

Our stay was just great. Our Hosts Melanie and Steve were fantastic. We ran into just a couple of issues and they could not have been more attentive to make sure they were taken care of. The home was comfy and plenty roomy for 4 adulrs and a 17 month old. The kitchen supplies were all there for our needs. Most importantly, the private beach and pool were just perfect- and were right across the street. We had a great month at Paradise Found👍

Melanie was very accommodating and allowed us in early since we arrived in early morning flight. Wish we had been able to enjoy more time in house but we were in town for wedding and much time was spent with wedding party at another house.

This is our second year of staying at Paradise Found. It is a great house with close access to the beach and a great backyard space to hang out after the beach. It has a full kitchen with all the necessities and then some! There were 2 Keurig machines, an expresso machine AND a regular coffee machine!! Also a crockpot and a blender. There is also a well-stocked closet with beach chairs, toys, and a wagon. Melanie is easy to work with and responds in a timely manner to texts or emails. We will be back! ☀️☀️☀️

Property is as described and the home is in a gated community. The owner is very prompt on all communication concerning rental inquiries and other questions. The 3rd bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. This was great for the grandkids, ages 8-11. Beach access and pool are across the street and is very convenient. This was our second stay in the last three years and would return again.

Beds were very comfortable, plenty of room, great kitchen facilities. Only thing I would recommend bringing a sleep mask as there are high windows in the downstairs master with no blinds; same with upstairs bunk room. Sun came in early!

Our group included four adults and three teenagers. This house was ideal! The location being so close to the pool and the beach was fantastic. The property has everything you need and more. Melanie was awesome to work with. The only possible negative was that our teenage son found the bed in the bunkroom uncomfortable but I think that's on his parents as he is 6' 2"! We will be repeat customers!

Overall our stay at Paradise Found was wonderful! Melanie was an exceptional host and was extremely easy to get in touch with. My husband and I traveled with my parents and our three young children (10 months, 3, and 6). The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The only downsides to the property for families with young children is the staircase is very steep (wooden steps, landing to tile), so that caused a bit of anxiety as the bunk room is on the second floor. The common area of the property is also a bit smaller than anticipated. The kids didn’t have much room to play and on the rainy days it was a challenge. The proximity to the beach and beachfront pool was excellent, just a quick walk. However, we were disappointed to not be able to use the clubhouse pool, as it appeared to be heated and the beachside pool was not. The temperatures were unseasonably cool so the pool we had access to was freezing and my children were sad to not be able to swim very much. We loved the neighborhood and my kids enjoyed riding their scooters, playing tennis, sitting on the front porch, and playing in the backyard. There is a ton of beach equipment available to use which was extremely convenient! The beach wagon was a lifesaver hauling our stuff. Overall we had a wonderful week. Thank you again, Melanie!

Quick and easy access to a wonderful white sand beach, quiet and safe neighborhood, and nearby grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend WonderWorks and Coconut Creek Mini-Golf and Human Maze for families with kids. So fun!! The provided beach toys were much enjoyed by our 3-year-old grandson. We rented baby supplies for the week from babysaway.com. They deliver and pick up the equipment!

We encountered warm temps before the New Year, was nice to have such a great beach close by with all the beach gear you’d ever need. The pool isn’t heated, which was a blessing honestly because we were on the beach the whole time with kids vs by the pool. Make sure you grab garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent before you go if you are staying a while. They had one of each for us, but we used them up in two days time. Such a great value and great neighborhood! Everyone we encountered in the neighborhood was so kind and welcoming. Thanks for accommodating us last minute, we had a great trip!
