Cette maison magnifiquement entretenue des années 1940 est nichée dans une rue calme de la vallée nord. La maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain se trouve sur une propriété luxuriante d'un hectare. Si vous visitez au moment de la récolte, vous trouverez de nombreux pommiers, poiriers et vignes que vous pourrez déguster en vous relaxant dans l'un des deux patios extérieurs à l'ombre des nombreux arbres indigènes.
La propriété fermée est clôturée et en retrait de la route avec beaucoup d'espace pour le stationnement (y compris un espace pour un véhicule récréatif).
La cuisine récemment rénovée est le rêve d'un cuisinier gastronomique! La belle tuile talavera ajoute à l'authenticité de la maison de style territorial. La cuisine ouverte contient des appareils modernes et est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour savourer un repas cuisiné à la maison.

My wife's extended family met in Albuquerque to commemorate the passing of her beloved niece. We were lucky to find this property available on short notice and were very pleased with it. I would highly recommend it to any and everybody.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Albuquerque. We spent Christmas in New Mexico, and this was the perfect “base” for going between family and activities. The house is so welcoming, so New Mexico, and just wonderful. We didn’t want to leave!
The backyard is a great space, especially if you had younger kids would want to stretch their legs. Location is safe and easy to get to places.
Host and property manager are quick to respond, give clear instructions and had everything ready for us. Even a Christmas tree!!
We will look forward to staying again when we go back “home”.

Enjoyed our stay in this lovely home & lovely city. Home had everything we needed - comfortable beds, equipped kitchen (even coffee & sugar), relaxing areas inside & out. Location was great for us. We toured Santa Fe & did the Hot Air Balloon Festival. Would definitely go back.

House was spacious and easily accommodated 6 family members in town to celebrate a granddaughter's wedding.
Convenient location to Old Town, Pueblo Indian Museum, Sawmill Market, and Rio Grande Nature Center State Park. Patios front and back were very pleasant for outdoor dining, and we appreciated the laundry facilities. Property manager Audrey responded promptly to our questions about the house and to a minor problem with the kitchen sink disposal. We were delighted with the property and would stay here again if we return to Albuguerque.

Wonderful property for all ages: 2 couples and 2 kids. Spacious, beautiful yards, courtyards, playground. Quiet. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place in the north valley.

We had a wonderful time at this home away from home. We came for a convention and found the house to be very comfortable. The family room, front outside table, kitchen table areas were our main hangouts to enjoy the serenity of the green oasis. There was plenty of space for us. The evening walk on the street was very pleasing to enjoy the sunset and meet the neighbors. We were a 10 min drive to the convention center. We decided to definitely look at this house again when visiting Albuquerque.

The property was very clean. The kitchen had everything you need to cook. The host communicated quickly and efficiently. The king size bed was super comfortable.
The bedrooms and kitchen/dining were quite warm as the air conditioning didn’t really reach them.
We enjoyed our stay and the easy access to different areas of New Mexico.

The place has a homey feel about it and booth Michelle and Audrey were very helpful and accommodative. We enjoyed the peace and the quiet of the neighborhood.

The house is great. It has a really happy vibe to it. You can't help but walk around and smile. We played A LOT of basketball on the full court basketball court in the back. We loved the house so much, we're coming back this summer!

We had a great time during our stay for the balloon festival. The house was clean and spacious. The neighborhood and quiet and friendly and the location of the home was excellent! Would definitely recommend!

The house was built in the Adobe style in 1938. Very solid house with brick floors, wood floors, 3 fireplaces, and lots of comfortable room. Modern kitchen, and a covered patio out front. Gated driveway. The owner, Michelle and the manager Audrey are friendly and professional. I realized when I got to town that I’d lost my wallet. I contacted Audrey who went to the home and found it. She waited for me to return and get it. What a hero! I’d definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our time here. It is a very nice older home with great outside spaces.
With that being said, with it being an older home, our allergies bothered us more than we had hoped. The box fans were adequate, but the bedrooms were still fairly warm even with the A/C on high.

Wonderful thanksgiving family time at CasaZ
We two sisters travelled with our spouses and kids to spend thanksgiving together and had a wonderful time at your home. It was cozy and warm with lots of books, games, outdoor play space, kids play house, a cute bunk bed, well stocked pantry and lots of bright sunshine… we hope to visit again someday….. thanks and gratitude.

What a perfect location for us all to come together! The house was beautiful and had everything we loved. We are all basketball fans so the court was a bonus. My girls found a love for the piano and board games and the adults got to spend time catching up after being apart for almost 2 years. I loved having a large place my whole family could fit.
Michelle and Audrey were super attentive and very informative and helpful throughout the stay.
My parents’ first time as VRBO users and our 2nd time and we love it.

My kiddos were invited to a golf tournament nearby. We decided to make a family event out of it since my family lives in AZ and we were coming from NE.

Special place!
This is a special place! Lots of room for our adult family of 3 to have bedroom and bathroom space that was private and quiet. The front porch was perfect for coffee in the mornings and the back patio with grill allowed us to have local family for dinner. The location is excellent, quiet street yet close to roads that lead to every place you'll want to go!
