Wynajęliśmy 2 apartamenty. Niestety opis podany na booking.com przez administratora obiektu nie był zgodny z rzeczywistością: w apartamencie nr 5 nie było telewizora, radia, podwójnego łóżka (zamiast tego były dwa łóżka połączone i niewygodnie było spać w tym samym łóżku z 2 dzieci), sofa była zepsuta, dostarczone ręczniki i pościel były śmierdzące i nieświeże (to samo w apartamencie 3). W apartamencie 3 był telewizor, ale był bezużyteczny, ponieważ pilot do telewizora nie działał (prawdopodobnie baterie były rozładowane). Opis apartamentu mówi, że jest widok na miasto (w obu apartamentach), ale w apartamencie nr 5 vis a vis widzieliśmy tylko ścianę przeciwległego budynku.

Die Unterkunft war gut für eien Stadtrundgang gelegen, Parkplatz vor der Haustür vorhanden. Die Wohnung war modern und praktisch eingerichtet.

Very nice location, and spatial apartment, good facility for a group of friends.
Just the sofa bed (for 2) could be bigger and the quilt and cover were not enough at the beginning (but they were solved fast).

Renovated historical building with an atmosphere.

Day of arrival we got info about a broken flat TV...
Property manager slow to resolve any issues and never keeps his promises e.g. agreed financial compensation for mould - did not arrive my account even 3 weeks after checkout ... and MULTIPLE calls and reminders.
Our apartment had limited view -- mostly on roof and/or industrial building (see picture)

The location was good near the city centre 10 min walk.
The check in was really easy and fast with a lockbox.
Free parking on site.
Bed was hard felt like sleeping on the floor.
Our stay was in december and it was quite cold because the apartment has very high ceilings.
The apartment was not clean at all.
In the bathroom the sink was clogged and the toilet had a dirty crust bulit up.
Our apartment had only a bath tub without curtains so the showering was a little bit difficult.
The light in front of our apartment was flashing the whole time. In the bathroom was mold on the walls.

Location was fine. Cleanliness was also fine.
No microwave, poor dishes set. No welcome pack. Usually there is at least something in the kitchen, I mean cooking oil, salt etc. Here nothing, not a single teabag :(. Also no toilet paper, when you rent for two days you don't want to bother with such things.
Towels and bed linen although it was clean but smells dampness.
Overall not that bad but sort of soulless

Very good location, quiet, on-site parking. Huge rooms. Included wifi, netflix. Proper and quick info provided before arrival.
At the time of our visit, a bit spartan interior, little furniture. No proper sheets for the guest (fold-out) bed, no vent in the bathroom, flickering lights (owner notified, hopefully it will be fixed)

No fitted sheet on the couch, just a matress pad so, not very soft for the skin. You should think about it.

How big the rooms were.
So, after hours of walking, the last thing you want to do after using the bath tub, is cleaning the water that leaked. Your bath tub is either not installed properly, or has a hole in it. I didn't see that the water leaked on the floor and, since they don't have a mop, the 4 of us were cleaning the bathroom at 11 o'clock with towels. Took a lot of time since it's a big bathroom and a lot of water leaked before I noticed something strange. Also, the toilet brush is, to put it mildly, filthy. So bad that it made all bathroom smell of centuries old poop. Lastly, the tv doesn't work. It opens, but the image is very bad. The bath tub experience was by far my worst experience in an accommodation ever. What bothers me most?? The fact that there is another old review describing the exact same issue that we had! Clearly shows a lack of interest. Maybe a 1 will be a good catalyst to finally solve the issue.

The apartment was located very close to the concert venue which we attended. There is no breakfast option but we don't need it. The apartment is very clean, very conveniently located, the value for money is more than great. We would gladly come back to this place.

The apartment was easy to reach and parking was no problem at all, something you might not always find in this particular destination. The apartment had everything necessary for our stay and was pleasantly quiet. It was only a few minutes' walk to the centre of the town.
We couldn't make the television work, but we weren't in Cesky Krumlov to watch TV so that wasn't a problem.

Big and spacious with modern look, free parking, river view, very close and convenient location for Krumlov center ( with brewery on the way;) ).very clean .
When taking the shower you finish with all water on the floor ( although the bath is huge). Not enough shelves/hooks in bathroom . Wooden floor is stunning but some nails are above the surface so be carful when walking barefoot .

Price for the apartment was fantastic. Huge bathroom and great facilities.
The room could use some art of pictures on the wall. Towels did not smell really great.
