Very Small beds which were different from the mentioned bed size. No towel provided in one room. Breakfast not good.

After booking the hotel when I reached hotel. At the reception they said we don't accept booking if done by booking.com. It was very uncomfortable and problematic as I was not having any hotel booked. I wondered here and there. It was very difficult moment for me. I want some action on it.
