Super lokatie en vriendelijk personeel en alles was schoon

Nous avons passée deux nuits dans cet hôtel à Gênes, nous avons passer un super séjour, la chambre était grande et le lit très confortable. La salle de bain était parfaite aussi avec une superbe douche à l’italienne. Les pâtes et le tiramisu du restaurant de l’hôtel était un délice ! Le petit déjeuner au prix de 18 euros par personnes était très complet et très bon, composé d’un buffet mais également de plat sucré et salé que l’on peut demander au chef. Le personnel était adorable très gentil et accueillant, qui nous as fournis à notre arrivé une carte de Gênes avec une annotation personnelle des monuments à visité et des meilleurs endroits où manger un morceau. L’hôtel est très bien situé juste en face de l’aquarium (magnifique également), ainsi que proche de la ville et du port. Merci beaucoup pour ces quelques jours.

Le seul petit bémol c’est que souvent qu’on on partait le matin ou arriver le soir la porte en verre n’était jamais fermé, et le soir après 20h30/21h nous trouvions que l’on ce sentait un peu moins en sécurité dehors (mais l’hôtel ni est pour rien par rapport à ça) c’est donc pour cela que nous aurions aimée que la porte soit correctement fermée.

La posizione è comodissima se uno ha in programma attività sul molo o deve andare all'acquario. Molto apprezzate le brioches vegane a colazione senza bisogno di chiederle. Molto apprezzate anche le due bottiglie di acqua nel frigobar Il palazzo è molto bello, dall'esterno non si nota ma è un palazzo storico con delle bellissime scalinate di marmo

Letto forse un po' duro. La stanza molto grande, pulita e ben tenuta ma un po' spoglia.

La posizione è ottima. Il parcheggio a disposizione degli ospiti è facilmente raggiungibile e vicino. Il palazzo è d'epoca e molto elegante. Le stanze sono arredate modernamente, molto ampie e confortevoli. Il personale è referenziato.

La pulizia della camera, in considerazione del livello dell'hotel, non era all'altezza. Per il menù della colazione si dovrebbe considerare l'eventuale presenza di ospiti vegetariani o addiritura vegani; questi ulitimi avrebbero trovato ben poco da consumare.

Edificio storico ben conservato direttamente sul porto antico difronte all’acquario.

Poche aree comuni e di ridotte dimensioni. Non si ha la sensazione di essere in un hotel (il che può anche piacere) camera non pulitissima durante il soggiorno. bagno non all’altezza di un 4 stelle sotto l’aspetto manutenzione.

L’accueil fut très agréable avec un petit café en attendant la disponibilité de notre chambre. Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux et servi avec le sourire. La localisation est excellente , pour une visite de Genes à pieds.

Bien que l’hôtel ait tenu compte de notre demande d’une chambre calme, le couloir qui mène aux chambres est sonore avec des portes de chambre qui se ferment beaucoup trop fortement. . Nous avons été réveillés tous les matins par notre voisin qui quittait sa chambre. Nous avons également entendu son téléviseur le premier soir.

Molto ampi sia la stanza che il bagno, con soffitti altissimi dato il palazzo d'epoca. Tutto ristrutturato da poco. Forse avrei aggiunto all'arredo o alle pareti colori o tessuti che scaldino l'ambiente.

Die Zimmerlage war großartig, mitten in der Stadt und alle -Sehenswürdigkeiten-sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen.Der Dom ca. 10 Minuten, das letzte Abendmahl ca. 20 Minuten! Leider bietet das 4 Stern Stadt Hotel mit Aufzug, nicht viel Platz in dem Economy Doppelbettzimmer.Sehr klein und eher für eine Person gedacht. Ein kleiner Kleiderkasten, 1 Sessel und keine Haken für Jacken oder Mäntel zum Aufhängen. Das kleine Badezimmer verfügte über keine Ablageflächen und Haken zum Aufgängen der Badetücher. Die Lage im 4 Stock mit der Aussicht in den Innenhof war sehr gut. Leider hat das Hotel keine Balkone, aber große Fenster mit Verdunklungsvorhängen. Das Bett mit einer guten Matratze ausgestattet!

Leider bietet das 4 Stern Stadt Hotel mit Aufzug, nicht viel Platz in dem Economy Doppelbettzimmer.Sehr klein und eher für eine Person gedacht. Ein kleiner Kleiderkasten, 1 Sessel und keine Haken für Jacken oder Mäntel zum Aufhängen.

Location and breakfast was great.

The front desk staff, "Ford" was rude and condescending. It was quite apparent that he had a problem with Caucasian women foreigners. My husband and I will never stay at this hotel again because of the staff. I have never been so disrespected.

Super zentral gelegen, um zu Fuß alles zu erkunden. Sehr schönes großes Zimmer. Großes Bett und für die Kinder ein Schlafsofa.

Das Zimmer war etwas dunkel. Da wir ja nur eine Nacht da waren, hat es uns aber nicht gestört.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, innen sehr hochwertig gestaltet und ausgestattet. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt um Genua zu Fuß zu erobern. Großes Zimmer mit Blick auf den alten Hafen. Sensationelles Frühstücksbuffet. Trotz Stadtzentrum gute Parkmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage direkt gegenüber. Danke an das Hotelpersonal für die Bilder und die Wegbeschreibung, die uns sicher durch das Straßengewirr geleitet haben.

Ottima posizione per visitare l’acquario. La camera era molto grande e pulita. Bagno enorme. Fantastica colazione con molta scelta dolce, tra cui biscotti fatti dalla cucina, e scelta salata fatta espressa dalla cucina. Personale cortese e disponibile.

Camera molto buia, poiché dava sul cortile interno. Non si capiva se fosse giorno o sera, se fuori ci fosse pioggia o sole… Appena arrivati ci è stai chiesto, per motivi organizzativi, a che ore pensavamo di fare la colazione. Nulla di strano, ho risposto senza problemi. Il fatto è che ce lo hanno chiesto anche il giorno successivo, e pur di saperlo sono venuti a bussare alla porta della nostra camera alle ore 16. Ci è sembrato eccessivo…

The property was spacious, and the room was very comfortable. Also the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The staff were very helpful. Thank you so much for the staff’s assistance to get all our laundry done. That was a huge help for us.

Scarsa visibilità dell'albergo dalla strada e Reception troppo lontana dall'ingresso (addirittura ad un altro piano) Colazione non adeguata per varietà al livello presunto dell'albergo Dotazione del minibar della stanza pressoché nulla (solo acqua microfiltrata e null'altro) In bagno lo specchio era su una parete laterale invece che di fronte al lavabo.

Extrêmement bruyant. Toute petite salle de bain mal conçu sans aucun rangement. Par contre la chambre était très grande mais mal équipée

Das Zimmer war sehr schön sehr groß aber nicht so gut eingerichtet und auch sehr dunkel. Der Blick ging in einen nicht so schönen Hinterhof. Für eine Nacht ging es aber länger gärte ich nicht bleiben wollen.

All staff immensely helpful & friendly. Freshly cooked breakfast made to order is an absolute bonus & fresh coffee too! Lovely rooms, spacious & clean - great rainfall shower with traditional option & comfy bed. Hotel De Ville is well placed to access all of Genoa’s delights. I highly recommend a stay here!!

Genoa is a large working port and so don’t expect glamour in the hotel’s immediate street. Our rooms looked down on to a small courtyard which looked very unloved. I feel this is a missed opportunity of the hotel’s as all it needed is a jet wash & some potted trees/plants/central statue to turn it into a wow factor place to look down on, rather than one to close one’s curtains on.

The room we stayed in overlooked an internal courtyard, but looked across at other rooms, so there was little privacy unless you kept curtains drawn

The room was gigantic!!!! It was clean and very well appointed. Shower was big as well. Ford at the front desk was fantastic with recommendations on what to see and where to eat. We have some amazing fociccia based on his recommendation.

It's in what we felt somewhat of a shady, dicey area.

The staff are very helpful and friendly and the room was spacious.

The room was very hot when we got there and it took forever to cool as it’s fairly big room. Also the price I paid for one night was really high.

The street is old and not pretty but the hotel is like a diamond in the rough.
