L'appartement est très spacieux, et vous obtenez une sensation de luminosité lorsque vous entrez dans la porte. Lorsque vous êtes assis dans le canapé dans l'appartement, vous avez une vue magnifique sur l'océan, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Il est un appartement au dernier étage, pas un au-dessus. Il est également un appartement d'angle. Le balcon contient de deux terrasses reliées entre elles. Vous pouvez admirer la piscine car il tout droit vers le bas de l'appartement. La piscine sont chauffés, et avoir un bar de la piscine où vous pouvez acheter de petits repas et quelque chose à boire. À la réception, vous pouvez obtenir de l'aide pour commander un taxi, des visites guidées, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite pour la réception ou vous détendre avec des magazines et des livres.

My husband and myself went for three weeks to this lovely apartment.it was clean and homely there was no negative at all. there was Wi-Fi and English channels on the tv.the view was amazing we sat for hours on the balcony.the weather was beautiful which was a bonus the pool area was great as was the pool bar.a really great holiday

The apartment was very well equipped right down to the corkscrew:)
We had a quiet stay either on the terrace or down by the pool which was the best kept pool area I have seen.
We had a few drinks and food in the pool bar, the people that run it are extremely friendly.
The two small problems we had (wifi and safe key) were rectified instantly by the nice lady in the office.
The day we got back I tried to book for next Feb but its fully booked, we will book again when the flights are out next year.

Good local restaurants and a short walk to many restaurants, bars and beaches. Uphill on way back, but not a problem for us. Quieter end of Puerto Del Carmen and we would return.

Really lovely 7 days made more perfect by very warm weather. Everything about the apartment was great.

Spacious and well equipped. The sheets on the beds need to be thrown away, they are very grey and stained, this alone wouls stop us from re booking.

The apartment is in a great location. The apartment it’s self is in great complex lovely bar and a well served bar the apartment was very spacious fantastic views but needed a little up dating cleaning standards could be better. ASA the owner was great and very helpful thank you.

Had a lovely 12 day stay. Apartment had all we needed (apart from air con when the temps got up to an unseasonably hot 40degrees!). Wonderful view. Lovely small complex with gorgeous views and enough Sun loungers for everyone. The beach is a 15 min walk or 5 min drive if you need to bring equipment. Amazing snorkeling right off the beach. Would definitely return.

Had a great stay at Ase apartment with great views, every thing catered for, Ase was very helpful with answering all the questions.
Also a lovely the family that run the pool bar was great help and food was great.

We had a lovely 2 week stay. The view is just lovely although be prepared for the walk uphill, or you can just hop in a taxi! Not as clean as I would have expected, but small issues were soon resolved and did not spoil the enjoyment of our holiday.
Louise, Tony and Paul run the pool bar and were very kind and friendly. So nice to be able to get a snack or cold drink by the pool.
The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful.
Ase was very friendly and helpful and I would recommend her lovely apartment.

Wonderful apartment, large balcony which was perfect to have breakfast on & evening drinks & snacks.
Ase was fast to reply with information. Apartment facilities were spot on, and a comfy bed.
Area was quiet with a Spar supermarket across the road.
Pool was great to use & La Bamba restaurant opposite was lovely.
I recommend walking along the coastal track to Puerto Calero ( about an hour each way)
Really enjoyed our stay, so will be back 👍

This property is on a lovely little friendly complex with a great pool and bar. The apartment has everything you'd need including English TV and internet. 2 good sized bedrooms and loads of wardrobe space. The balcony was large with sun beds , table and chairs and fantastic views. Highly recommend this place and near to great restaurants and bars.

... because it's all been said before (by me at least) : home from home (but with infinitely better weather!), superb views, comfortable apartment and delightful heated (just!) pool. The owner is particularly good regarding communication, always responding promptly and helpfully.

We had a lovely 5 weeks at lago verde A6 it was just as advertised , lovely and clean , everything we needed for our stay , lovely comfortable bed , nice to have bedding changed weekly and towels twice a week , the views from the apartment were amazing , we spent so much time just sitting on the wonderful terraces , great swimming pool , with bar , really friendly people , we will 100¾ back , many thanks for letting us use your lovely apartment

When you enter the apartment your immediately drawn to the view, it is definitely WOW.
We spent many hours relaxing enjoying the view.
The apartment is spacious, very very clean, has all you need to enjoy your time staying there.
Asa has been so helpful through the entire booking, I would definitely recommend friends and family to stay in A6.

Always Something New
We're regulars here and treat it like a 'home from home' . Despite the familiarity, it's nice that the owner is constantly updating things within the apartment and not simply letting things stay as they are. It's only 3 months since our last visit and yet we noticed new cushions, bedding and cookware - well done Ase!

The bed is still very comfortable…
A clean of ceiling lights in apartment is needed, which are fans as well…very dusty looking. Although we didn’t need to use them at this time of year.
Frying pans also need replacing as non stick element has gone and very hard to clean. I do understand how difficult it is to keep these things in good condition when it’s rented. Not everyone looks after things the way you would yourself.
Had a very relaxing holiday and would return to this apartment.
