Great location, the 4 double beds and 4 x bunk beds (in 1 room) was a perfect layout for us, the chalet has changed since we last rented it 10 years ago for the better making a larger kitchen/living room area, we Love Isola and will be back again soon and if this chalet is available for the week we select this will be our first choice. We recently returned from a delightful stay at Jardin D'Alpin. The chalet itself was very well maintained and spacious. The owner obviously uses it as their holiday home and as such has a lovely homely feel and is very ell equipped. Our party was 2 families of 4 and there was plenty of room, it would comfortably fit another 3. It is located a 5 min walk from the central ski area. We left our skis in the rental shop, but my brother and his family carried theirs back and forth daily with no trouble. The chalet is managed on behalf of the owner by a local agent. The chalet comes without bedding and towels, but these can be provided by the agent for about 15-20 euros per person for the week. As for Isola itself the skiing is great for beginners and intermediates and there are a few trickier runs. Most of the runs come back down into the central ski area (Front du Neige). There is a great snowpark and a really fun family snowpark which our boys loved. It was also really quiet especially considering we were there in the week leading up to Easter. It's a great resort for learning and improving will definitely do us for next year and possibly beyond. The local supermarket is really well stocked, so self-catering is a good option. And there are of course plenty of good restaurants. The resort has a lovely family feel to it and the locals are really friendly, especially compared to some of the super resorts. It isn't the prettiest resort in terms of buildings, but the ski area itself is stunning. We spent most evenings sat out enjoying the early evening sunshine and enjoying the uninterrupted view of the mountains.

We were a group of 9 family and friends who stayed here for a week during March/April 2015. We found the chalet excellent for our needs. It is very comfortable and well equipped with balconies on all sides giving superb views of the mountains. Booking in and out is managed by a local agent from whom towels and bed linen can be rented. It is just a short walk (around 200m) to the pistes. It was our second visit to Isola 2000 - the skiing here is excellent for the level we all ski at and the scenery is stunning. We ate at La Raclette and the Cow Club, both of which we would highly recommend. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to others - we are considering returning to Isola next year and if the chalet is available, then we would hope to be able to stay here again.
