Villa accueillante , très bien équipée , propre, bien située , piscine privée plus qu 'appréciable ,jardin reposant , magasins à proximité , proche des endroits à visiter ! bref : pourquoi pas y retourner ?

Perfekte Ausgangslage für Erkundung der Umgebung.Sehr warmherziger Empfang von Marc und seiner Frau. Schönes Haus,in dem man sich wohl fühlt und in dem einem alles zur Verfügung steht,was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht,inklusive einem schönen Pool.

Lovely villa. Enjoyed our holidays. Wonderful pool area. Nothing was missing. Would have rated 5 stars, but shelf cutting for 3 days on the neighbouring grounds with terrible noise starting at 7.30 am was really annoying

Une belle maison propre, bien agencée dans un très bel espace vert bien entretenu, une piscine bonne taille. Un accueil chaleureux

C’était la première fois que nous louions une villa et nous n’avons pas été déçu, très belle villa toute équipée, belle piscine, idéalement située à 10 min du centre et 15 min des plus belles plages, la propriétaire est toujours disponible mais nous avons été accueilli par le gérant qui est toujours disponible et très sympa. Nous y avons passé 1 semaine avec nos deux enfants en bas âges. Nous la conseillons vivement. A refaire !

We had a great 2 weeks at this Villa this August. The outside area and pool was especially lovely - plenty of shade if needed; comfortable sunbeds and a fab pool. A few chips in plates and cups in the kitchen and the showers weren't quite the power showers from home but it was clean and comfortable and had full air-conditioning throughout. Good modern appliances. You need a car. The only shop that is walkable is an enormous Carrefour supermarket but it's a hilly walk so we didn't attempt it! Overall a fabulous 2 weeks and I would definitely recommend this Villa, particularly for families who spend lots of time in and out of the pool.

Parking for the car ( essential in this location) is spacious and secure and the large supermarket nearby was very handy as is the huge fridge/freezer. The beds were comfortable and the storage very generous. Washing/drying facilities were good so we could get beach towels dry for the next day.

A fantastic villa, with a great pool and all the modern amenities one would expect. We would have given a 5 star rating, but found the fridge and showers were not cleaned before we arrived !!!!. However we felt this was a minor detail. With this in mind we are thinking of booking again next year.

Maison bien située, de très bonnes prestations, bons Equipements, très bonnes literies. Par contre barbecue HS donc hors d'usage, et pare soleil à poser coté piscine car impossible de déjeuner dehors, en plein midi le soleil donne sur la table. Mauvais fonctionnement de la commande de la télévision et pas de 2 et 3éme chaine. Mauvaise année car invasion de moustiques. One of the best villas we have ever stayed in. It was spacious,well equipped and very clean. The pool was first class too. Maria the housekeeper was helpful and responded quickly to any queries we had. A good, peaceful location from which to explore the Cote D'Azur. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The villa is situated in a gated community so feels very safe and secluded, the main gates are operated electrically which is great, although the gates to the property itself are manual. The villa is a short drive from Antibes town so I would say a car is essential. There is a HUGE Carrefour supermarket about 5 minutes from the property with everything you could need and more. The appliances were all in good condition although the freezer was very iced up and could have done with defrosting, still more than useable for the few lollies etc we wanted to store there. Crockery and cutlery etc all good and lots of utensils, e.g., pans, graters, corkscrews etc. The pool area was lovely with comfortable sun loungers for 6 and plenty of space to enjoy the sunshine. It was very secluded and not at all overlooked. The pool isn't heated which had been a concern of ours but it was absolutely fine; lovely to cool off from the sunny French heat. The pool was cleaned each week we were there. Pool towels were supplied although these had seen better days; some were fraying badly at the edges or stained and none were big enough to cover the full sun lounger, There was a useful pergoda which we used to lie under to read if we wanted a break from the sun. The dining area was shaded which again was great over the lunchtime period. There was a Weber gas barbecue although we didn't use it, The kitchen, living room and bedrooms all lead out onto the terrace/pool area and all have electric shutters which are useful to keep the rooms cool throughout the day and secure at night. There was air conditioning to all rooms apart from the bathrooms. There was plenty of storage/space in all 3 bedrooms, the master has the bonus of a small dressing room which was more than enough for us. The other 2 twin bedrooms are identical to one another and both had large sliding door wardrobes - plenty of hangers in all 3 rooms. There was no mirrors in any of the bedrooms which would have been useful. There is a huge basement garage with a table tennis table and washing machine and ironing board, as we stayed 2 weeks we used the washing machine to wash the towels, pool towels and bedding as it wasn't changed at the end of the first week. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. The Cote D'Azur is a hew area to us and there was plenty to see and do in the area.

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille du 25/12/17 au 3/1/18. Le confort et les équipements étaient au rendez-vous même si nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine en cette période de l'année, de même pour les activités des enfants (notamment la table de ping pong n'était pas totalement fonctionnelle). Située au calme, nous avons pu bien nous reposer.

We had a lovely holiday in this spacious villa with a nice swimming pool. We went out most days and explored Cannes, Monaco, Grasse, Vance ect. and in the evening we cooked dinner, sometimes using the BBQ and had our meals outside. We would go back again.

The villa was in perfect condition, beautiful bedrooms all leading onto sunny terrace. The kitchen had all brand new appliances and was very clean. the gardens are very private and the pool is brand new. not heated though. I would definitely recommend this villa. Ideal for a family or a get away romantic week end !!

The Villa is beautifully presented with all modern facilities, good sized well kept garden and pool. We have 2 young children (3 and 7yrs) there are no walkable shops or restaurants to the villa so a car was absolutely necessary. There is a large hypermarket close by few minutes drive and the centre is 5/10 minutes by car. We had a brilliant holiday as the villa was so lovely so great to return to after a lovely day visiting the area. Highly recommend as a great place to stay.

This villa is situated in a private domain,which is very private and quite.There is a good size swimming pool with a beautifully kept garden .The Villa is very well furnished and equipped, so it is very comfortable.the owner was extremely helpful. We had a great time. We strongly recommend this Villa.We will go again.
