We certainly enjoyed our stay! The home is clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need. The neighborhood is very quiet. Judy is the perfect host, a wonderful person and graciously accommodating. We highly recommend staying at this property!

We so enjoyed our stay, even when hurricane Ian was bearing down, Judy was only worried for our safety. So accommodating, hospitable, and gracious to open her home for others to enjoy. The location is perfect so close to parks and beaches.

We spent our vacation at Judy's house from June 8, 2022 to July 8, 2022.
The house is beautiful and equipped with all the amenities it needs.
A super WIFI connection, all the dishes you can think of, as well as toaster, shaker, etc. A washing machine, super air conditioning as well as a beautiful pool. We would recommend Judy's house anytime and would book this again anytime. Since our flight did not leave until 11:30 PM in the evening Judy told us without hesitation that we could stay in the house as long as we wanted. This was very convenient for us.

1. Judy was very nice and the rental process was easy. 2. The house is very clean and the furniture and bedding are comfortable and in great shape. The kitchen is nice and has lots of dishes and pot and pans. The only negative for us was a strong dog smell in the main bedroom and the only reason I gave the cleanliness a 4 star. After trying a couple of things we got it under control. Judy knows about it and is planning on taking care of it. 3. The best part for us was the lanai. The yard has a privacy fence around it. The lanai has a couple of large trees so you can have sun or shade while sitting out there. It is hard to see in the pictures but the is also a covered area with a wicker sofa and a patio set. We ate most of our meals out there and even sat out there one evening playing cards with friends while it was raining. 4. There are alot of good restaurants on the river for lunch or dinner. There are 2 restaurants right in the neighborhood that we enjoyed. Grandma Sally's has good breakfasts and very reasonable prices and the staff are very nice. We also enjoyed Leaning Tower of Pizza which is a small Italian restaurant. 5. If you are thinking of renting in this area we highly recommend Judy's home.

Worked perfectly for us!
We were very comfortable here and felt safe. The owners were very responsive when an issue came up. It was perfect for our family Christmas and new year get together.

Clean, well maintained 2bdr each w/comfortable queen beds, 2 full baths and screened pool! Excellent value for the price. Owners easy to work with. Definitely recommend and hope to visit same property again later this year.

We weren't told about the five dogs and three chicken coups behind us before we reserved this house. The pool was dirty and the lanai was so black from dirt we could hardly tell the color. The small yard had so much debris we had to rake the leaves and twigs before our dogs could use it. We had three big piles of rubbish. A storm came through and several large limbs were downed.. We carried them to the curb then raked the yard again. When we got there the refrigerator door was full of food. We never left the house without our dogs being crated, because we crate them at our own homes. We asked the owner's sister about leaving condiments in the frig when we we left and she said "Sure, because the previous renters left a lot in the frig plus a case of drinks." We threw away all perishables and left a case of water and part of a shelf of food. I asked the sister if she wanted us to strip the beds and she told me that the cleaning people would be there Saturday . I told her we didnt mind and she said that if we took them off it would be appreciated. We went further by washing two loads and leaving the third load in the floor beside the washer and dryer. I rented my home in Rotonda West FL for years and always made sure the lanai deck was scrubbed, pool spotless and refrigerator empty. I would not rent this places again.

Blessing
My husband and I was so blessed to have found this place to stay. It has everything you need to make your stay very comfortable. Plenty of bedding, dishes, beach towels, and super clean. The bonus was the washer and dryer. It washed and dried clothes in record time. The pool was always cleaned every wednesday. It was too cold to swim during our visit which I was bummed . The renters sister Trudy lives close and she is the sweetest, kindest woman you'd ever meet. So is the neighbor lady. It is a safe and clean place to stay.
My husband and I were down to try new treatments for his cancer . The furniture wasn't real comfortable for him and they didn't even bat an eye to let us rent a small sofa recliner . She even allowed us to bring our dog whos my husband little shadow. We were blessed in many ways. I'll always be thankful for finding this place to stay and for Trudy. She's an Angel for sure. I have found forever friends!

Loved it! What a beautiful house.
What a beautiful property. Every room was immaculate, comfortable and all amenities are new. The property was centrally located to many activities. Host Judy was very accommodating and the house was well stocked. We enjoyed watching the local wildlife at the parks and preserves. James E Grey Preserve, North Anclote River Nature Park, Starkey Park and our favorite Sims Park are "must see" if you enjoy outdoor activities. We loved relaxing in the beautiful lanai. We enjoyed our stay and will return again.

Totally enjoyed our visit!
This was our first time using VRBO and our first time staying in New Port Richey. The home was everything the owner said it would be. She went out of her way to make her home “our home” while we visited Florida. The home was centrally located to great restaurants and shops and was convenient for touring and site seeing. We found many things to do and enjoyed daily walks. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and plan on returning.
