Cette belle maison a été rénovée en respectant son stile et sa période. Il y a un jardin intérieur pour manger et faire un barbecue. Beaucoup de places assises, comprend vestiaire, hall, salle familiale. Notre proximité du front de mer est idéale pour les familles qui aiment marcher, surfer, patiner ou courir. Vous pouvez marcher d'ici au parc Kennedy, à l'avenue La Mar et aux meilleurs restaurants de Miraflores, de Huaca Pucllana, du musée Amano, etc. Venez profiter de très bonnes vacances!

Plenty room for four adults. A bathroom apiece and a roomy kitchen. Beautiful antique furniture. A little piece of Old Lima. The neighborhood has markets, bakeries, restaurants and a great chocolate shop nearby. Sorry to see it go.

Fantastic old house with such history lovely owners & neighborhood was fabulous everything so close by a local market walking distance which was a favorite for fresh foods
SO much room for big families and everything You need for long stays .
Only negative I will say is the wifi capacity.. especially if you have teens that play games 😅

This property is beautiful, with many bedrooms, a great kitchen/dining space, and a lovely garden out back. The home has a very authentic, historic feel! It is within a 10 minute walk to many shops/restaurants and a 5 min walk to overlook the water from the top of the cliff.
Additionally, our vacation was during a Peruvian state of emergency, and Nikole (host) was very responsive to all of our questions regarding safety and planning our journey.
Overall, could not recommend this property more. It is a great stay in a great location.

This beautiful but antiquated house was clean and welcoming with large open airy spaces. There were beds in 3 en-suite bedrooms indoors and a studio apartment in the courtyard. There was also a futon available in an office. The walls were tastefully adorned with artwork and the stonework on the floors was amazing. Definitely a most elegant house in a bygone era. There were basic facilities with no heating making it uncomfortably cold when we visited in August. Light sleepers may find some of the rooms noisy as the house is situated on a main busy road but close to numerous shops, eating places and the pacific coast. The hostess Nikole was charming, accommodating and helpful. We used the house as a base in a safe area whilst visiting friends and traveling around Peru. I would summarize this property it as being ‘Good Value for Money’

Wonderful host
Superb communication. By the time we arrived, I knew I could trust the owner. This home is a real find for VRBO users. We loved it. The housekeeper keeps things beautiful. And the details throughout make you feel comfortable.

Gem of a home
We were so pleased to find such a cozy home to stay during our time in Lima. It is a proper house with a lovely dining area for visiting. We felt very well taken care of by our hosts, who checked in with us on a regular basis. We felt very comfortable in the neighborhood.
