I loved everything about this place! The apartment literally has everything and it’s a shame that we stayed only for one night. Host was very nice and easy. We left our bags early and there was full instructions on how to do it without the need of manning. All communications online. Apartment is nice, clean, cosy and warm. They even gave us a free tote bag. They also gave free camera that you can use if you wanted to. Location is very near to the tramp station. They have a washing machine and dryer. Free coffee is provided as well. Rooms and bathroom is nice.

The apartments are in a good residential area not far from the Esplanadi. The room is a good size and is best described as a large studio. There is a combined living/dining/kitchen room which has good furniture and good amenities including a Nespresso machine. The bed is in it's own good size alcove with excellent bedding and plenty of storage. The bathroom is a good size and also well appointed. There is a storage and hanging space as you enter for coats and suitcases. There is an onsite manager (Daisy) during business hours and she was very friendly and helpful. There is a good supermarket and lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance (if it's not snowing too hard :)) We felt we could easily enjoy an extended stay in the apartment as it had a really good vibe.

We had trouble accessing the apartments and it was bitterly cold for us. Their messages refer to the Online Guest Area but no context of where/what this is. Turns out they send you stuff on WhatsApp but we had trouble with internet access on arrival so this didn't help. I think if we arrived after hours it would have been a real pain. Sending an SMS as backup would be a good idea. We were on the second floor and the building has a few steps from the main level down to the front rooms - not a big deal but something to note. They had only soft pillows in the room - would be good to have some firmer ones as options.

Except for initially not finding the main entrance (next to the corner restaurant, there's a black iron gate), everything about the apartment was perfect! It's very spacious and comfortable for two people, with a clean, bright, and warm overall space. There are eco-bags on the walls for storage, and a Polaroid camera available for purchasing film to use. The small kitchen is well-equipped; everything is in perfect order. The bathroom includes a washer and dryer, even providing laundry pods, making it very convenient for daily laundry. The asian receptionist at the counter had a very good and friendly attitude, warmly greeting every morning. The apartment's location is convenient with the 10 tram line at the intersection, and the area is quiet with good security. Any queries via WhatsApp are promptly answered, providing a reassuring experience. Overall, the accommodation was highly satisfying, and next time in Finland, it will definitely be the top choice!

Personally don't recommend the breakfast.

Baby cot wasn't working at first and room we received didn't match description but when we contacted service support and they fixed it immediately; Daisy is great!

The property is modern, clean stylish and well cared for. It has comfortable beds and good appliances and shower etc - oddly no salt and pepper when it has a full kitchen.

The code system was faulty - the door code did not work and we had to call and get another. This happened twice in our stay.

Tres bel appartement, clair, spacieux et moderne. Excellente literie, cuisine bien équipée . Deux toilettes. Parfait pour y passer plusieurs jours de vacances. Café filtre excellent , thé et café expresso sont à disposition. La situation géographique est sympa. Proche excellente boulangerie , supérette, marché gastronomique sur le port, bars et musée du design a l’angle de la rue. Proche gare et nombreux sites à visiter. Très bon réseau Tram et bus . Cours de cuisine finlandaise chez Ana à 3 mn à pied.

Pas de chaînes tv françaises. Mais anglaise, allemande et autres nationalités. Il y a un escalier pour monter à la chambre. Pourrait etre un inconvénient pour certaine personne personne

The location is great and the apartments really nice and clean. The bed was sooo comfortable.

The only minus was that I didn’t find microwave to heat up the babys food. But that could be done in warm water.

The original accommodation we were given wasn’t what we had booked. We had to request a different apartment by which time the concierge had left. We were given an access code to the new apartment which didn’t work. Further text eventually provided the correct code. This was not a good experience after a long journey to Helsinki.

I love the Bob W concept; apartments in cool neighborhoods, where you can get a taste of local life while still being close to all the best things to see and do. Getting into my apartment was easy (it's all contactless and done with codes on keypads), and it included everything I needed for a 4-night stay. I appreciated the extra touches like local coffee and a reusable shopping bag. I would stay here again!

This particular Bob W is in an older building in Helsinki. The apartments have been updated beautifully, but I was up on a higher floor, and it was really warm inside my room, even though the temperature outside wasn't very high. The concierge staff brought me up a floor fan, though, which helped.

Great apartment in a great location with easy access to trams and the city centre, just 10/15 mins walk. Very clean and modern.

Issue with access code and aircon, the latter never getting sorted out during our stay.

The hotel changed our room (and subsequent access codes) a few hrs before we arrived; we would have struggled to get in if a person hadn’t been there to let us in. otherwise it was great

it was a pity that there was no reception around to get assistance we needed.

This apartment far exceeded my expectations, I was initially sceptical because the reviews were too good to be true. But I can confirm that the reviews were accurate, gorgeous, clean and spacious apartment with great amenities. Easy to access the property despite the service being remote, Bob replies on WhatsApp within seconds! I can't recommend more highly. Fantastic value for money too! Thank you!

Can't ask for a better location if you like being in a neighborhood with a good bakery, coffee and a low-key non-touristy bar nearby. The apartment is walking distance to main attractions and across the street from public transit.

Since we stayed in a summer month, it might have been helpful to have some blinds/curtains to darken the living area of the apartment. The bedroom did have effective dark curtains to help block out the light.

Nice clean apartment with lot of space and classy interior. Our room faced inner yard so there was practically no noises from street. Location is great; bus/tram stop is almost front of the building, but it's also within quite short walk from stations. I also like the keyless pincode access.

If something to mention, the sofa wasn't the most comfortable to sit.
