The apartment was very central, very near to the town centre and overlooking the St Botolph church (The 'Stump' as locals call it). Instructions to enter were clear, the apartment was very large and the bed was excellent. It was also clean and well presented.
Because of the location, we did unfortunately suffer somewhat on the Saturday night with noise from the town centre in the early hours of the morning, with late night revellers. Not really a great deal that the apartment owners can do about that though.

Very spacious and comfortable and has lovely views of the church
Location was perfect and in the town centre. The property was a lot bigger than we thought it would be, would highly recommend and stay again.
Was quite hard to find but staff are always on hand to help. Other than this we loved everything about it.

Staff was helpful, flat was kept clean and tidy
Dish washer was rusty, needed changing. The court yard for flat 1 needed sorting, got dead bird in the yard and pigeons were breeding there...

Location in centre and parking is not an issue. Around £3 covers you over night and most of next day.
Nothing not to dislike about the apartment. You can get some noise from nightclub dwellers depending on which night.

Fantastic location for my husband to get to the start of the Boston Marathon. The property was very well equipped and comfortable.
I think the shower could have been better, it wasn’t very strong and not a very good spray.

Lovely apartment in the centre of Boston. Spacious. Modern, well equipped. Good value for 3 or 4 people. Parking nearby. Comfy beds.
1 sofa so for 4 people you have to use the dining table and we didn't get check in instruction til late. I had to call to ask. Steps up into both bedrooms, which was tricky as we had someone visually impaired with us and weren't aware.

Stairways as not easy for a disabled person to get upstairs.

Location perfect centre town.
Photos in advert don't. do it justice. It's a very well maintained and comfortable flat.
Plenty of cotton sheets and towels beautifully laundered .Well equipped kitchen .Quiet location.
Suitcase stand, coffee table and drawers for clothes would have been useful.
Didn't like the really cheap cutlery. The shower head was too small and didn't work properly.

Everything the place was amazing and such a beautiful part of the town to say in will definitely be using the place again on our next trip!
The only downside to the room was that the hot water for the shower was infrequent and had issues staying warm however it wasn't too bad of an issue and was an amazing stay!

Too close to a pub which resulted in a very noisy night up until 4am when I could finally get some sleep. I wouldn't choose to go there again.
