Absolument magnifique maison privée et isolée avec toutes les mises à niveau qui est très calme et paisible, 150 m² - 3 chambres / 2 salles de bains pour la parfaite évasion, avec VR et garage à bateaux pour garder tous vos jouets en toute sécurité et accessible sans tracas! Apportez votre bateau et jouets beaucoup d'espace pour accueillir.
Au sud de la ville, remontez près des collines. Sortez l'allée et faites un petit trek dans la rue. Vous aurez le désert à ciel ouvert pour vous amuser hors des sentiers battus. La maison a été lavée et il n'y a qu'un seul voisin d'un côté et ils n'y sont généralement jamais. A 10 min en voiture du pont de Londres ou à une courte distance des restaurants Top Notch. Vous trouverez le plan d'étage ouvert et les meubles de luxe à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur agréables. Outre une grande télévision HD à écran large, une télévision par câble, une connexion Wi-Fi et des équipements de divertissement parfaits pour recevoir famille et amis. La vitesse d'Internet est de 100 Mbps via Soudden Link. A un patio / porche avant où vous pouvez vous asseoir et vous détendre et apprécier une tasse de café et lire. Nous avons également une porte à rideau située à l’arrière du garage. Vous pouvez ouvrir la porte arrière et pousser mon bateau vers l’arrière pour vous donner plus d’espace. Les dimensions hors tout du garage pour camping-car mesurent 17 pi 6 po de largeur et 55 pieds de longueur. Donc dans l'ensemble, il y a beaucoup de place.

Great place to stay and great communication with the owner Bob. He had the AC remotely set and the house was nice and cool when we arrived with it being 72 degrees when we walked in.
beautiful, private and secluded home with all the upgrades that is very quite and peaceful! 3bedroom 2 bathroom for the perfect getaway, with RV and Boat Garage to keep all of your toys safe and accessible worry free !!
On the South end of town back up near the hills. We drove out the driveway and a just up the street you have the open desert for off-roading and desert fun on our Side by side.
The house backs up to a wash and there is only one neighbor on one side and they are usually never there. A 10 min drive to the London Bridge or a short distance to Top Notch Restaurants. You will find the open floor plan and the luxurious furniture inside and out pleasurable. The back yard has a viewing deck to enjoy viewing the morning sunrise or the evening sunset while looking out over the beautiful lake.
Everything was great and we had a wonderful time and made some awesome family memories and we will be back again. Thank you Robert for your hospitality and opening your wonderful home to my family.

My family and I had a great time staying at Robert’s rental house! There is plenty of room for large boats and one can even be put in the garage. The air conditioning works very well at this house and is very nice to come back to after a hot day on the water. Robert is very accommodating and in constant communication to check on your stay. We will definitely be returning to stay at this house again.

We had an excellent experience renting this house. Everything was very professional from start to finish. I've rented a few homes in Havasu before and this one was definitely the cleanest by far. We would definitely stay here again on our next vacation.

Bob's house has that "brand new" feel to it. It was immaculately clean. I was especially pleased to find the microwave spotlessly clean.
The air-conditioning is very powerful. I was there at the hotest time of the year but the air-conditioning made me forget this fact. The renters contract stipulates that you can't drop the airconditioning below 68 degrees. I can't imagine needing to go this low. I was rented when temperatures outside got over 100 degrees and the 72 degrees setting was plenty cool. If you are into hiking in the early morning before it gets too hot and need a place to cool down by 10 or 11 am, this house is for you. The airconditioning is a life saver.
The bathroom/shower in the master bedroom is luxurious.
The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The balcony/porch on the roof was a wonderful place to eat breakfast/dinner and enjoy the stars (after the sun has gone down or hasn't yet risen).
Parking in the RV garage was convenient and kept my rental car relatively cool (cooler than it would be if it was parked outside, at least!).
The washer/dryer came in handy more than once.
The tap water is drinkable and kept me plenty hydrated. I did not need to buy a single bottle of water beyond the first two I drank and then used as containers for the tap water.
All these things were important if, like me, you enjoy the extreme Arizona sun and heat (along with the water of Lake Havasu) but your enjoyment of these depends your ability to limit and balance them by a cool getaway where you can wash away the day's dust and dirt and enjoy a good night's sleep.
Bob was not intrusive but at the same time he was very communicative (via texting). The process for getting in and out was simple and clear. Everything went smooth.
I recommend this house for sure.

Lake Havasu City
We were very pleased with the quietness, cleanliness, amenities, and location of this cul-de-sac home. The owner, Robert, was very responsive to our text messages when we had questions. We had wonderful views of the gorgeous sunsets. We also looked forward each morning to a roadrunner that would sit on the back wall until it warmed up enough for him to start his daily wandering! Overall a great stay!

Awesome Home and Owner
I was at Lake Havasu for a San Diego Club fishing tournament and took the family. The owner, Robert, made checking in and out very easy. He was a great host and easy to reach; answered all our questions very quickly. This is a beautiful home and a great place to stay. Plenty of room for your boat or other water toys and the kids even brought their dirt bikes to ride in the hills which are less than a 1/2 mile away. Conveniently located close to everything, the house has everything you need and more.

Very Merry Christmas!!!
My brother in law lives up the street and we needed additional space for our family to sleep. WOW!!! We were so impressed! The home was immaculate and lovely! There was ample room for all of us and we got to watch our beloved Lakers beat Golden State on a magnificent flat screen. The owners were extremely accommodating and gracious. This rental is most definitely a keeper! Five Stars and a million smiles!

OUTSTANDING !!! Very Clean with Modern Finishes, Comfortable Beds and Open Floor plan
It was like walking into a model home for sale as it was very CLEAN.... CLEAN..... CLEAN. The entire house has everything that you need as it is stocked with quality linens, towels, sheets and has very comfortable beds. Large comfy couch in the living room with a large LED TV with cable tv and fast internet for use. The overall house was beautiful with plenty of room for all guests. Comfortable furnishings and open floor plan. It has all of the amenities anyone would possibly need either young or older. The neighborhood was also quite. They also have a wonderful Sun / Moon deck with is nice to watch the sun come up as you drink a cup of coffee or to watch the sunset as you relax sipping a beer.
The owner was readily available for questions or if we needed any direction on places to see or eat.
I will most definitely will stay there again.
