The so called bacon steak on the restaurant menu was a pork steak. Nothing to do with bacon. :(

Large and clean rooms with an excellent breakfast! The receptionist stayed to accommodate our check-in that was slightly after 10:00 pm. She was extremely helpful! The area around the hotel appears to be under construction, but the hotel itself was complete! This was a perfect one-night stay!!

the staff was very accommodating to an earlier check in which was very much appreciated.
the A/C either did not work or they did not have the remote for it available, so the room got uncomfortably warm. also, the carpet could have been cleaner.

The property is set in a beautiful and quiet location. the staff is extremely nice, great service at the restaurant.

The rooms - comfortable, very quiet. Beds are comfortable, the pillows could be a little bit better.

Bad coffee, reception speaks only polish and russian. No soap or shampoo in bathroom!

Close to airport, check in was quick and easy, room was big, clean and comfortable, we had a great night sleep. We also had dinner in the restaurant, pizza was out of this world, massive and taste amazing, my daughter had chicken nuggets, the staff at the hotel are lovely and go above and beyond to help you. Got a hair dryer on request

Average quality hotel. But very good breakfast.
The rooms on the ground floor are very noisy (noise from the restaurant as well as the reception). Location is out of the city - ok just to stay in the hotel.

The Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very pleasant. The location for my personal needs was excellent, very close to the airport and only 400 meters from the company I was visiting.
Room 4, my room is located next to the restaurant, the noise from which carried into the room. Setting up of the breakfast woke me every morning at 06:00hrs and the evening music played until 22:00hrs
The staff had very little English which is very unusual in Poland today
