Everything about our stay was incredible - the view is out of this world! The communication with the property manager, Ivana was outstanding. We got our exercise on this stairs for sure, but the view was worth it! The hospitality of the Croatian people is unbeatable. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, well-equipped apartment overlooking Dubrovnik. The view is spectacular and we couldn’t get enough of it for the week we stayed. Full kitchen, washing maschine and a/c were great to have. We were lucky to be able to park our car in front of the house every day, but a parking spot is not guaranteed. Biserka, the propery manager was very helpful and responsive. She found for us a parking alternative should we not find a spot in front of the house. The town and shops are in walking distance, but involve climbing stairs. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely come again. Highly recommended!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, über viele Stufen hoch am Hang, oberhalb der Altstadt gelegen, erreicht man praktisch alles zu Fuß. Der Ausblick auf die Insel Lokrum und die Altstadt ist alleine die Reise wert. Die Zufahrtstraße ist eine Sackgasse, daher sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet, für Ferienwohnungen sogar mehr als das. Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Balkon für 5 Personen etwas eng - aber es geht. Einziges Manko ist die schwache Klimaanlage im WZ und nur eine weitere in einem SZ . Die anderen beiden EZ haben keine. Im Inserat bei Fewo-direkt ist das leider nicht ersichtlich, bei anderen Portalen schon (die Kritik geht hier in Richtung Fewo-direkt!).

Pros: Excellent location! very quiet. The view is great. Enjoyed my morning coffee and late afternoon wine. Easy UBER or Taxi access. Mini market down the steps with everything you need. Be aware 22 stories of steps up and down the hill. We didn't mind. we used it as "Ice cream and beer compensator." Enjoyed it, we will be back. Cons: 22 floors stairs up and down the hill. However easy Uber and Taxi access. You will forget it when you see the view.

The location is high up the hill so most of the time we took an Uber back and forth to the old town. The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable and the owner was very responsive to our questions. Our group of four adults will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Dubrovnik.

The apartment is set high on the hillside giving tremendous views of the bay, the old town and Lokrum island - boat watching was fascinating! It is extremely clean and furnished to a high standard with everything we needed - including the seating on the balcony. The wifi was really helpful as was the air conditioning and two bathrooms were a bonus. Biserka was incredibly helpful; organising our airport pickup/ drop off, keeping us informed and allowing us a later departure time on our final day. We had a fabulous time, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the apartment. This property was amazing! As was the coordination with Biserka and Josip! Our friend lost her passport in Germany on our way to Dubrovnik and was sent back to Germany. Josip (the gentleman Biserka coordinated to pick us up) reassured us, helped us call multiple consulates, and even asked their friends for help. They did not have to and they did all this without hesitation! Such wonderful souls! The apartment is stunning- view is amazing (stairs-yes!) to experience the great views. Kitchen had what we needed, they ensured we had some detergent to do laundry, had plenty of towels , beds comfy, and mirrors all over (helpful with 5 women getting ready). Would it was only a 10-15 minute walk to the Old Town area, which was perfect to have space out of the down town but still not have to take a taxi all the time. There is a small market less than 5 min walk away so that was great for some snacks and breakfasts. My mom just keeps raving about how perfect it was! :) I would stay there again in a heart beat. Thanks for turning our crazy/stressful start into an amazing time in Croatia!

We loved staying here! The view was absolutely amazing, and the apartment was very clean and comfortable.

Wir waren leider nur für 3 Nächte in Dubrovnik aber die Wohnung hat uns voll überzeugt. Die Wohnung war sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß. Am allerbesten gefiel uns der fantastische Blick vom Balkon auf Altstadt und Meer.

I already wrote a review but according to VRBO I did not so here it is again, but shorter this time. The house is nice, the view is wonderful, and Biserka is a very good, responsive host. It's only a few minutes walk from the Old Town but it's high up and there are lots of stairs or steep streets so we ended up taking taxis back up the hill. We had a great time!

Accommodation were quaint and we enjoyed our stay. The apt was located far up a hillside looking down at the Adriatic sea and old town Dubrovnik. GORGEOUS view from balcony. If walking, there are many steps to get down to old town, but it's worth the walk. Our hosts met us with a smile and were very helpful. One suggestion we have for our hosts is to have a house book of rules and tips of household and local area items. There are many small items that are not known to people from other countries. This type of book is common in many other rentals and we found very heloful. Nevertheless we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to other small groups or families.

The apartment was comfortable and fantastic for 5 people. The views were stunning from the balcony overlooking the Old Town and bay. The walk Is pretty steep both ways. However, the view were worth it. We had plenty of towels, hot water, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes. The only minor thing was that air conditioner did not reach the back b drools very well. I highly recommend this apartment and would come back here.
