Le petit appartement (60 mètres carrés), avec entrée indépendante, est situé sur la mezzanine d'un immeuble ancien au cœur du centre historique. Sa position vous permet de rejoindre les lieux les plus intéressants en quelques minutes, le front de mer, la villa municipale, le théâtre Verdi, la cathédrale et les musées; Il est tout aussi facile de rejoindre la plage libre voisine de Santa Teresa et de prendre les transports en commun pour se déplacer dans les magnifiques environs de la ville. Au moment de Noël, il est idéal pour les principaux événements.
En dépit d'être au cœur de la vie nocturne, la maison est calme et la hauteur de la mezzanine assure une intimité absolue.
Équipé du chauffage indépendant, de la climatisation, d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et d'une télévision à écran plat avec connexion par satellite.
L'entrée mène au salon et à la chambre, quelques marches mènent au grenier où se trouve la cuisine. Il y a deux salles de bains, l'une dans la chambre à coucher avec douche, l'autre, uniquement des toilettes et un lavabo, dans l'entrée.
L'appartement a été soigneusement rénové, il est confortable et bien équipé. Le linge de maison, la vaisselle et divers aménagements sont fournis pour un séjour agréable.
Fourni avec machine à laver, fer et planche à repasser. Dans la cuisine, plaques chauffantes, réfrigérateur, four, grille-pain.
Des plats de petit-déjeuner sont fournis: biscottes, thé, café, confitures, ainsi que pour la cuisson des ingrédients de base: huile, vinaigre, double sel et poivre, spaghettis et boîte de tomates pelées.
Séjour minimum 2 nuits.
La taxe de séjour est perçue à l’enregistrement: 1 euro par jour et par personne pour les sept premiers jours. Du 1er octobre au 31 janvier, le tarif est de 1,50 €. Les enfants jusqu'à 12 ans sont exemptés.

Mariapia and Antonio were excellent hosts. Antonio picked us up from the train station in his car and took us back. The accommodation is very central and everything is within walking distance. In the accommodation there is everything you need for a good start - coffee, water, spices are available. There are many good restaurants and shops nearby. You can easily go to the Amalfi Coast by ferry and to Pompeji by train.
The accommodation is right in the historic center, it's quite lively at night. It is advisable to close the windows. The accommodation is at a comfortable temperature.

Access to the property is down a side street and then a main door into a small hallway, which had washing machine and toilet.
Up a few stairs to the living room, bedroom and bathroom.
Up again a few more stairs to a small kitchen area.
The floors are all tiled and the apartment stayed cool throughout the day.
Mariapia and her husband were great hosts, welcoming us and showing us round the apartment, giving some good advice about things to do whilst we were in Salerno. Antonio came back when we checked out and took us to the train station, which was very kind.
Salerno is well situated for a trip to Pompeii - you can get a train from the station called Duomo via Vernieri which is a 10 minute walk. Buy a ticket to Pompeii Scavi and you can use the bus link at the station to take you to the entrance.
It is also well situated for boat trips along the Amalfi coast, we went to Positano and thoroughly enjoyed the trip over the sea.

It was plenty of room and worked well for me for 17 days in September. It's clean and all the supplies and furnishings you need are there. If you want to be in the historic center, the location is excellent. For example, the Lungomare, the Diocesan museum, the Gardens of Minerva, and numerous restaurants and shops were an easy walk. By the same token, there is plenty of activity on the street and neighborhood. Not least, the owners were more than just passingly helpful.

Beautifully appointed, very clean and exceptionally well equipped and furnished -- a real delight.

Great Location beautifully appointed apartment.
Mariapia and Antonio were terrific hosts. They met us at the apartment to show us everything. They have all your information for your tour of the Almalfi coast, Salerno and surroundings. They were very gracious providing a bowl of fruit and coffee and a few soft drinks and water. That was certainly not a requirement but a very nice touch.
The apartment is in the heart of old Salerno. Just take a stroll out and enjoy the cafe's, restaurants shopping, the cathedrals and more. The apartment was very quiet at night as well. Thank you Mariapia and Antonio for the use of your beautiful apartment.
