Comme vous entrez par la porte d'entrée sur le niveau principal, vous entrez dans la salle familiale meublée avec des canapés confortables et équipées d'une "télévision à écran plat 75. Passant par des portes françaises, vous entrez dans la salle à manger avec des sièges pour 6 et la cuisine d'un chef ouvert avec un coin petit-déjeuner supplémentaire pour deux surplombant la piscine. La cuisine est équipée de 4 pièces appareils en acier inoxydable accompagnés de divers petits appareils et ustensiles de cuisine. Adjacent à la salle à manger et la cuisine, il y a une salle de séjour parfait pour la lecture ou de prendre un repos tout en conversant avec le chef (s) désigné de la nuit.

Cette grande chambre est meublée avec un ensemble de chambre king size et équipé de 55 "TV à écran plat. Encore une fois, vous aurez accès à un grand espace pour décompresser dans le placard de plain-pied. La salle de bains en-costume offre une enceinte frameless de douche en verre, ses deux lavabos, et un espace supplémentaire linge de placard. Une caractéristique unique de ce master suite sont les portes-fenêtres donnant sur un balcon confortable avec des sièges pour deux donnant sur la piscine et toujours dans l'enceinte de l'écran.

Overall we enjoyed the property. We had 7 adults and 2 children under 2 and the separate living areas gave us room to spread out. It made it nice due to our little kiddos there were French door to keep them in one area away from the step of a sunken living room and there was a door at the top of stairs for added safety. There were no accommodation for the young kids at this house so everything needed we rented from nearby rental company. We did not have the best weather (January) chilly and rainy much of the week, so having the hot tub and paying extra to heat the pool was well worth it!
If you have small children know there are no bathtubs, showers only in the bathrooms. This is as described I just didn’t look close enough and we made do. The location of the house is convenient but the beach in walking distance is very small, a great place to sit or fish but not one to walk far on but there is a great public beach a short drive away. The beds were a mixed review on comfort. The house was very clean and the kitchen was stocked well enough with dishes etc but there were just enough towels for our numbers but no extras so we felt like we were washing towels often to have clean ones available. It is on a busy road but the traffic noise was not too bad and the yard is well maintained.
In all, the property met our needs and we enjoyed our stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay, the house was very clean and well equipped. There were 10 of us including 2 babies, and never felt like we were on top of each other, the house is very spacious ( there are no amenities for babies, we purchased a pack n play off Facebook marketplace for $30 when we arrived and we did leave it in the garage, hopefully it’s there for anyone who may need it in the future)
While it is true that it’s a 3/4 minute walk to the beach, I just want to note that particular access is to a very small beach, the access to the large Siesta Key beach is a 30 min walk, 7 min drive. We did spend some time at the small beach it’s cute and private.
Our communication with management was great, they responded quickly, one issue we had was the box to turn the hot tub on was locked, they had to come out and unlock it.
The one negative, was the grille area, it was covered in black soot, the countertop and table top needed to be cleaned up before we could cook in that area, the floor in that area was grimy as well, it would have been nice if that was wiped down before we arrived. Other than that everything else was very clean. The pool was wonderful, no issues at all.

8 of us stayed at this very practical and fun beach house; we were 4 min walking distance from the smaller public access beach and drove 6 min to the stores, as well as about 7ish min to the main Siesta Key beach. Location was excellent, but just a few things to note that were negative. The grill had probably a year or more’s worth of grease on it, scoured it with a grill brush we had to purchase. The fans have a hard time clearing out the smoke that overly greasy grill produced so you will stink if you use it. With that being said the pool was very nice along with the whirlpool tub as the tub’s heat is not included in the price but is available for purchase at a pretty reasonable price. The fireplace switch for the patio was nowhere to be found. There is a basketball net if you’re willing to sweat a little in the heat before cooling off in the pool or the beach walking distance away. A/C is cold and plenty powerful enough where you will not find it lacking. I’d repeat the stay again in the future honestly not much to complain about just minor annoyance with the grill situation and “fireplace”.

The temp is controlled at 72 degrees. Was broken when we got there. Pool water too cold to swim in. No sun in pool area. Lizards and cockroaches in the house. Kitchen poorly equipped for cooking meals…. Pans in particular (awful)
Couldn’t take a hot shower, water would only get slightly warm. I’m assuming that was temperature controlled as well. No TVs in bedrooms except master bedroom!! Definitely not worth the high price that we paid!!! Would never stay here again!

We loved everything about the house and the location. The only small issue that we had was that the pool didn't have power so the jets were not on when we were there, but that didn't stop us from swimming so it was all good. Beautiful place. 10 of 10 would stay again.

We loved the Treehouse property. It is very spacious and clean. The outdoor living space and pool are fantastic! The only draw back was having to drive or Uber to the village and beach but we would Definitely stay there again.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay at the Treehouse. However, if you want to swim in a pool that isn't heated, my advice is to come at least in March or April when it is warmer. The first two weeks of February, one week of which the outside temp averaged 55, the pool water was extremely cold, only allowing us use of the hot tub. The first floor covered lanai held promise, only to find that being exposed to the elements, like it was, resulted in a dust/pollen coating on all table tops, and not so welcoming sofa and chair cushions. The rest of the house was generally nicely furnished, but the beds really needed to be replaced. Some guests complained of mattresses not being comfortable at all. The kitchen was well stocked; however the pots and pans also needed to be replaced, since almost every teflon pan was scratched to the point that the teflon was gone, which is supposedly not healthy when cooking. Also, previous renters hadn't cleaned some of the pans well; dried, sticky cooking oil covered the outside of several of them. In the master bathroom, the bidet was not welcoming, given that there was dried urine inside of it and the sprayer had a blue patina covering it. We had to remove area rugs in the bedroom to prevent someone from slipping on them and falling. The so-called "non-slip" pad under each one had long ago lost it's gripping ability, which resulted in a very dangerous situation.
Also, it might behoove management to go through the house between renters to make sure all lights work. We had many light bulbs that were dead, and the lighting in general was weak. The only light in the master bedroom was two table lamps which were 3-way but had one-way bulbs.
It was a nice house to rent for two weeks. Longer than that and I would have had a problem. I can say that when contacting management over two separate issues, they responded quickly and took care of the issue as soon as possible.

We loved the house, had a completely relaxing week laying by the pool, strolling to shell beach (crosswalks would be nice tho,) and a short drive to siesta key beach. House is very well equipped, only thing we would have liked were some serving dishes. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

We LOVED our stay at the Tree House. The layout was great for the 5 of us, with plenty of space to either spread out or hang out together. The furniture is very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked & the outdoor space is incredible. We spent many days playing in & around the pool. The only minor drawback is the location of the home, right off the main rd. You can't see the traffic and we didn't worry about safety at all, but you can hear the traffic from one of the bedrooms. Didn't interrupt our sleep, but might impact a light sleeper. On the plus side, it was an easy 5 min drive to Siesta Beach & the Village -- very convenient. We'll be back!

House was clean and in very good condition. Spacious and great for a larger family. The screened in outdoor area was very nice for dinners and relaxing in the evening. Hot tub was a great feature as the pool was a little cold. The app was full of information and very helpful. We did have an issue with the hot tub heater but it was addressed within hours even on a weekend. Close proximity to Siesta Village and within 15 min to Siesta Beach. This was a great place for our spring break family vacation!

The house overall was very comfortable. The layout of the house gave our guest plenty of space and privacy. Our only big disappointment was the pool and spa. The pool was not heated. The spa ran out of propane on our second day. There was no heat to the spa. We were told that propane would be delivered the following day. It did not come! After numerous phone calls and we were told that no propane would be delivered. Supposedly the propane was being replaced on a date after our stay. It was very disappointing!!! So I would not rent this property again because of the management. They were not helpful in solving a very simple problem.

This property was pretty much as advertised- very spacious, well equipped for larger families with easy access on and off the key. About a 15 minute drive to the main Siesta Key beach although there was beach access closer by. The bottom floor was screened in and was great for Bar-B.Q. There was a pool and hot tub but unfortunately the pool was not heated, something we only learned on arrival. The hot tub was great and enjoyed by all. There were very clear details on using the property and these were described in an app that was made available as part of the rental. This was a great feature. However other communication seemed to be with a company and they maintained office hours so a question we had on arrival on Saturday night was not answered till Monday morning. Fortunately it was not an urgent question. Overall a great place for families as long as a heated pool was not important.

A lovely house that was more than just a holiday home. It was clear the owners have put a lot of thought and care into the style and layout, and the outside living/dining area exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our family of 5 with plenty of space - and a large wall mounted TV inside and out, which was well utilised by our 3 young adult children when it was too hot by the pool! A short 5 minute drive took us into Siesta Key village and the main beach, but Shell Beach (a small cove) was only a few minutes walk. Particularly nice for a short walk in the evening. Golf courses all within reasonable driving distance. We would definitely love to return!

This was a wonderful house in a great location. The inside was very clean and well kept. The furniture was in very good shape and the bedding was comfortable. The best part of the house by far is the outside area. The huge outdoor kitchen, swimming pool, and "lounging area" were top notch! We spent most of our time out there. Everything is screened in with plenty of room for the whole family. The location is nice also. It's a short walk to shell beach and away from the more crowded areas like Siesta Village which we prefer. The only negative that I can think of is that some of the appliances need a little maintenance. The mini refrigerator at the outdoor kitchen was not working and the ice maker and disposal in the kitchen were having some issues also. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to spend time in Siesta Key and I would definitely stay here again myself!

Our family of 7 stayed at the Tree House rental 1st week in April. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and relax. Appreciated the plentiful amenities such as kitchen cook ware, dishes, pool towels, and very nice bathroom towels. Everything was clean and well stocked for our stay. Pool was very nice although pretty cold. Spa was also nice but hard to heat up. Needed a part to fix it but the part didn't show up while we were there although management did stay in contact with us. Downstairs area especially nice with the big screen TV, fireplace and husband loved the grill set up. Overall was very pleased with the rental. Property was well kept and the area was great.

The house was perfectly clean, obviously well-maintained and beautifully decorated. First floor great for parties. Owners left bikes, pool toys, etc in garage. Absolutely nothing missing. Would definitely rent again.

All in all a wonderful house. The only negative things about are the noise of traffic (as directly on main route) and the rather high price (price-value relation in my opinion not the best).

6 of us stayed here at The Treehouse and it was great! More than enough room for 6-8 people. The place is well maintained and everything is up to date and clean. No complaints here, would stay at again! Only con was that the public beach actually requires a 4 or 5 min drive.

Home is in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the outside sitting area with the TV and grill. Close to Siesta Key and great restaurants. Everything was in working order!

We were in town for a family event, and stayed at the house with our sister and brother, and their kids. The house was very clean upon arrival, and everything we needed was there. The set up was great, and we spent most of our time outside enjoying the pool and outdoor area. The location was convenient for Siesta, but we also traveled to Lido a lot. Lots of stores right around for shopping. We will definitely stay here again!
