La atención del dueño fue excelente desde el minuto 1: fueron todo facilidades. Rápido para contestar y efectivo. La ubicación es fantástica: un 10. Cerca de todo (en pleno centro, rodeado de restaurantes de todo tipo y nacionalidad, todos los comercios que puedas imaginar, el paseo marítimo, aparcamientos, teatros, hasta un cine...), pero sin el ruido que podría suponer estar en pleno centro. La llegada fue muy fácil con el código que te da (ojo, el ascensor es muy estrechito, pero va muy bien). La cocina es pequeña, pero tiene de todo. La ducha va muy bien y tienes gel y champú, además de secador y papel higiénico de sobra. Alicante tiene una vida increíble, y aunque hay barrios muy olvidados, y mucha mezcla de tipos de construcciones (no siempre de buen gusto), está en general muy cuidado y se conservan numerosos edificios antiguos, además de parques majestuosos con unos árboles inmensos. Merece la pena pasear mucho. Hay buen transporte y andando también se llega bien a los sitios, aunque hay bastantes cuestas.

Nos esperábamos más de la terraza; es grande, espaciosa, con una mesa y varias sillas, además de un toldo y muchas plantas, pero solo ves sus paredes, el cielo y los áticos de los vecinos, no puedes asomarte y apenas da el sol (en verano, imagino que estará bien, pero estos días de diciembre lo hemos echado de menos). No tiene una mesa para comer, solo dos mesitas bajas junto al sofá y una alargada y estrecha pegada a la pared, así que desayunar o cenar resultaba incómodo (en verano, estará bien salirse a la terraza). Las habitaciones y la cocina dan a un patio interior, con poca luz; las ventanas son buenas y aíslan del ruido, pero si abres se oyen las voces y las lavadoras y aires acondicionados de los vecinos. El cuarto más pequeño es un poco monacal, pero bueno, la cama está bien. El de la cama de matrimonio está mejor y tiene una cómoda y un armario empotrado; la cama es muy blanda, aunque eso es muy personal. Y el cuarto de baño está bien, pero como no tiene ventana le han puesto una luz con ventilador que suena mucho, y en el cuarto de matrimonio se oyen todos los ruidos del baño (ducha, lavabo, etc.). Hay un aparato de aire en el salón y otro en la habitación grande; al llegar, sentimos frío, pero en poco tiempo conseguimos calentar la casa. En Alicante, aparcar gratis es un problema importante; es recomendable alejarse mucho del centro y luego pasear o incluso coger un transporte público para llegar a la casa.

La ubicación y el equipamiento , tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Y la terraza excelente.

Apartament jest bardzo ładny, czuć dobrą atmosferę. Duży taras pozwala na zjedzenie posiłku na zewnątrz w otoczeniu pięknej roślinności. Jest mały aneks kuchenny, idealny do podgrzewania jedzenia. Klimatyzacja spełnia swoje zadanie. Pokoje są wystarczająco umeblowane, łóżka wygodne. Położenie obiektu jest bardzo blisko promenady.

Brak, mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone jak na krótki pobyt.

everything was great! we loved location, terrace, elevator in the building, climate control, very new and clean. There was everything you needed in the apartment, even salt, sugar, shampoo, washing machine with capsules… great host and great place to stay in Alicante.

A lovely little apartment to stay at in Alicante only a couple of minutes walk from the Esplanade. Just lovely for a few days in the sunshine. Everything set up perfectly by the host.

The apartment was spotless with everything you could need for a great stay. The terrace was wonderfully sunny and the location was spot on. The host was great, responsive and helpful.

Nothing- all was as described- we will definitely be back.

Fantastic apartment! Very central location and close to everything but still on a quiet street. Modernly furnished and clean and nice. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Large nice terrace. Nice host and smooth check-in and check-out. We will stay here again!

The apartment is very close to the beach, the seaside walk, cafes , restaurants, a shopping center and even the train station is just 11 minutes away. The apartment is pleasantly decorated and it has just what you need for a holiday stay. The owner was very kind and helpful and responded promptly when we contacted him- he even allowed us to leave the suitcases a hour after check-out time. All in all, it has been an excellent choice!
