INTERGATE had very clean, comfortable rooms- everything looked very new and well maintained. They have amazing additional services including laundry, Japanese baths and free drinks/ coffee/ snacks in the lobby lounge all day. Location is also very convenient to main sites. A great stay and excellent value at a low price

It was a very clean, quiet and functional hotel very conveniently located near Omicho Market and the Castle, and there's a Family Mart nearby. I really loved the design of the Superior Twin room as it was spacious and very user-friendly in the space layout and aesthetics! I also appreciated the firm bed and pillow that was a mix of firm and soft, depending on which side used. I appreciate too the Japanese hospitality where they provided a useful selection of toiletries, and also food and drinks throughout the day, and the breakfast selection was very good too -- a very wide variety of international and Japanese options! I loved that they had a public bath with both indoor and outdoor options!

Nothing. I was very pleased with my choice. The walk from the station wasn't too long -- about 20 min away, but in the winter and with my heavy luggage, it seemed a bit longer. But, nonetheless, it's a good location for sightseeing.

Great location, very central to walk to the castle park gardens, Kenroku, the fish market, samurai district and also loads of restaurants and shopping in the neighbourhood. In the lounge stairs they provide tea, coffee and juice all day. From 5-7 is happy hour, red, white and sparkling wine with snacks. Fantastic service and very friendly staff.

ラウンジの兄さん、青年が、不親切極まる！出張で来た、文化会館へ行く道を尋ねたら、大通りに出たら真っ直ぐ行く、と返答。行っても行っても、文化会館は見つからず、さい川？向こう迄行き過ぎ、会議に間に合わず大混乱した。他府県から仕事で来て宿泊して、土地に不案内だからわざわざ聞いて居るのに、極めて不親切だった。信頼出来ない。

サービスが充実している。 朝食もおやつもお夜食もおいしい。 大浴場がある。 場所が良い。

朝食の混雑時は待たされたる。一列に並んで行列になったり、満席と断っているならば、〝お好きなところからお取りください〟などスタッフが声を出して回転を良くすれば良いと思った。 部屋のソファーの横の壁に小さな虫が付いていて、流行りの虫かと慌てて調べたところ、違ったが焦った。 ラウンジで忙しい時だからか、スタッフに返事と表情がきついなと思う方がいた。

ホテルの設備が素晴らしくバスタブが大きい。ベッドのマットも寝心地が良かった。新しいホテルなので綺麗で申し分ないホテルでした。

大浴場が小さく夜の８時以降は大変混み合っており、２日目は入ることが出来ずに部屋のお風呂を使用した。

Conveniently located to the Castle gardens and close to the hop-on/off bus stop. Great staff and added extras really make for an excellent and value packed stay.

Very central location, kind and helpful staff and everyone could speak English. In the lobby there was a lot of free drinks and food, even some wine in the evening. For breakfast, the hotel provided a broad variety of different delicious foods.

Nice hotel in a great location. We were close to all the main point of interest: Kenroku-en Garden, the castle, etc. When we arrived there were free refreshments which was great because it was incredibly hot. At night, staring ~9.30pm there are free rice and beverages. The receptionist explained everything to us, very clearly and was very kind. The breakfast was good, with Japanese options, not just continental breakfast The room was bigger than we expected, comfortable and clean.

The breakfast buffet was great! And the Onsen was lovely. Very comfortable stay - they even had happy hour, coffee hour etc.

Friendly Helpful staff, small break down in our room was remedied instantly. The breakfast here is amazing with a fantastic Japanese Western varieties. So many complimentary extras that other hotels do not include. We had a larger room that had very comfortable beds. The Hotel is well situated to many of the tourist attractions with restaurants nearby. Try the "Joining" next door , one guy Cooks serves and does the dishes..superb food.😋 Highly recommend this hotel 👍
