Location. The beach across the street. The pond.

I had to call for the codes to the gate & room 6/3/21@7:00Am. Those codes should have been emailed or text by 1200AM. The beds were hard & uncomfortable. The bunk beds on the website were not the same. Actually had to pull 1 from underneath the other bed. The pull out bunk beds rested on the floor in the path of the bathroom. Had to step on the bed to get to that bathroom. Also received a call from someone stating there is a problem with the door codes & they needed to come fix it. I advised them that it should have been taken care of before I arrived at 4pm. Do it after I leave. The pool not deep enough cuz only goes up to 4 feet. Too many rules!!! Quiet from 10pm to 7am. I thought this was a vacation!!! I will never use this site again.

We didn't get parking passes..... our gate code didn't work..... and the people that live at the resort were just rude.

That the codes that were giving to me didn’t work and when I call for help they still didn’t provide the right code to use for the drive gate and the gated doors
