The apartment was very nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.
It was a little sad, that the pool was' nt in a really good condition. The water was'nt cleaned and there was mud at the ground.We got helpful informations from Gill so we found everything we needed. Thank you.

Apartment is in a great location, exactly as described, large living space. A couple of small problems whilst there but quickly resolved by the local representative. Would highly recommend.

We stayed for the week hear. Spacious and clean, with good wifi for the kids. Easy access to supermarket, bakery, bars and restaurants. Went to nearby CTO beach several times, as well as further afield. Even managed to find a brand new street gym nearby to have a workout.

WOW!
Another wonderful vacation in an outstanding apartment in Oroklini. Our host Gill was amazing and ensured that we knew where we were going and how to get there. The apartment was spotless and included all the home comforts plus some most welcome air-conditioning. We had a fabulous time and will stay there again.

Apartment in Oroklini in October
The apartment is spacious and well appointed set in the hillside of the delightful village of Oroklini. We were there for 15 days and found the area and amenities suited our needs although a car is a must to ensure you make the most of your surroundings.
The few issues we had were sorted quickly by the Owner and Property Manager. The one problem that wasn't fixable was smell that came up from the sceptic tank which is in close proximity to the location of the apartment veranda, unfortunately this could be quite unpleasant and has been reflected in our rating!

Fantastic spacious apartment
Lovely, big, bright and airy apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay for our family of five.
Fantastic location at the top of Oroklini and part of a clean and well presented block with a good sized and clean pool too.
Gill is a lovely lady who even made sure WiFi was boosted before our stay in order to accommodate myself having to work the first week.
We'll probably look to book again next year.

Absolutely lovely stay
The apartment was super clean and had everything that you need to make your stay pleasurable. Gill, the owner, is very welcoming, on the ball and super efficient and could not do enough to make our stay perfect. Would highly recommend the apartment and area for a peaceful and satisfying holiday.

Nice apartment in Oroklini, close to the beach and also to Larnaca. The apartment has everything that a family need and the owner is very friendly as well as flexible to cater for the needs of the customer. Overall very happy that we booked this apartment in Oroklini.

This apartment is very spacious,the balcony is perfect for sitting on any time of the day and has all the amenities you need for self catering.

Wonderful just wonderful
It is an amazing apartment that as soon as you arrive you feel at home and relaxed. The situation of the apartment encourages you to mix and join in with a typical Cypriot village. friendly people, local shops, amazing bakeries and cafe's. Easy access into Larnaca by bus or car.
This has been my 5th consecutive trip to the apartment and here is to many more annual trips to come. Wonderful helpful Gill the owner and smashing Angela the local manager cannot be faulted.

Exceptionally well maintained and presented 2 bed apartment in a lovely working village
Gill’s apartment is stunning it is exceptionally well presented and you can tell it is much loved...
The apartment is like home from home with every implement and domestic appliance anyone would need. Speaking honestly we only cooked breakfast as there are so many great restaurants locally, which Gill provided us with details of, thanks Gill.
The pool area is lovely and very peaceful. We spent a few days on the local beach where the sun beds/ snack bar is extremely good value and would recommend the homemade lemonade, yummy.
We also discovered the historical side of Nicosia on a Segway tour, Segway station, which was both educational and fun. Another great adventure is to Kourion, which is a must, although go early as it’s hot.
We will definitely return. Don’t hesitate book.....

Comfortable and ideal location
We had a great time at this place!
Angela (cleaner/agent) was brilliant although we only called her once, and met her since she was local at the time. Gill, the owner, gave us great instructions and we had no real issues during our stay.
The convenience of the motorways and the supermarkets and shops added kudos to the apartment.
We were all very comfortable - wife plus 2 teenage girls. We did a lot of trips especially east to the beach areas. All very convenient travel distances. Actually we were out most of the time and didn’t really explore the village that much except for one night when I took a daughter to Lithos whilst others were getting ready - the bar is a good reminder for being back in the UK🙂
It’s our fifth trip to Cyprus and hopefully you’ll allow us back at some time as we really enjoyed our stay and thanks once again.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic and the apartment and facilities were far better than advertised
The property is extremely well situated with a fantastic overview of the area, which is complemented with a lovely panoramic sea view. The apartment is extremely well equipped and finished to a high standard. An added bonus was that the apartment stayed cool even without the aircon being switched on, which is most definitely a first for us!
The pool is lovely and clean. The sunbathing area is a sun trap, which we loved but there are umbrellas for those wishing to take some time out in the shade. We met and made friends with the other residents who were very helpful and extremely good fun.
The village is right on your doorstep with a number of good restaurants and bars. The area is not thumping or noisy but there is fun to be had. The village is well equipped with a number of local super markets and kiosks for late night shopping.
The sea is about a 5 minute drive and Larnaca is about a 15 mins drive - Note; dont speed, especially first thing in the morning or late at night, as the police are now deployed all over with speed guns!
We loved our time at the apartment and we will be returning next year.

I have been to this apartment on several occasion and I am booking it again for my holidays next year. The pool and surrounding areas are very well maintained it has a spacious balcony which is covered. It has all the amenities you need , also within walking distance to shops and restaurants

Great apartment with good location
The apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped.
Location of apartment is very good and there are many restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance.
There is also bus stop nearby with access to Larnaca.
I would still recommend hiring a car. If wanted to go to the the beaches or other attractions.
Pool was very nice. Especially with young kids because the another end of the pool was shallow enough.
The owner was very helpful and all questions/problems were quickly resolved.
We really enjoyed our staying here.

Perfect spacious apartment.
Well what can I say other than I read all the reviews.....looked at the photos (which don’t do it justice)....and then to arrive and open the door for the first time to be greeted by a lovely spacious and very clean, modern apartment, was a great relief compared to others we’ve stayed at in the past at the same location. Owner was extremely helpful and all the info provided was accurate and very useful. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and bright with both bedrooms being a good size with plenty of wardrobe space. 2 bathrooms was very useful. Lovely to sit out on the large balcony taking in the great view of larnaca bay.....wonderful ......we will be back.

Wonderful apartment with all and everything and more than you would want for a relaxing break.
I have been to the property now several times and now try to make it a an annual break in Gills lovely Cyprus home. Lovely village, lovely beaches, lovely cafe's and restaurants in the village and only a short drive into Larnaca. It is the absolute perfect location. Lots to do locally. I have stayed in various apartments over my years if travelling to Cyprus and this property is by far the best.

A pleasant, spacious and, above all, COOL apartment
We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very well equipped with plenty of room and a balcony that is in the shade most of the time (very useful at the hot end of June!). The location was perfect for us with shops, tavernas etc. all within easy reach.

Fantastic appartment, in a great location.
We had a fantastic time in this very large well equipt appartment, that whas spotless. The pool and surrounding areas were very well maintained,with lovely flowers and bushes all around.The location is perfect for the village amenities. great spacious balcony, with fantastic views. We will definately be visiting again soon.

Highly recommended Absolutely wonderful
Absolutely wonderful apartment. Very comfortable very homely beautifully decorated. Equipped for all and everything you need to make your stay perfect. The views are fabulous. I have spent the last 8 years coming to Oroklini at least twice a year and stay in a couple of apartments sometimes alone, sometimes with a friend and sometimes with family but this apartment is beyond doubt and by far the best. From first booking, the advice and support from Gill the owner to the wonderful whow factor on arrival once you enter and see the views and the facilities is first rate.
